Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4717 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4717 Candy Crush Saga is an ingredients level, you have to collect 4 ingredients to complete the level. The ingredients have to travel along the bottom section of the board and in order for them to move along you need to clear the waffles, licorice and the popcorn on the right.
There are lots of stripes on the board which you can use to help clear the blockers in the top part of the board and at the same time these will clear some of the waffles and licorice along the bottom section.There are also stripes dropping from the dispenser at the far left of the bottom section and with a bit of luck you can switch these together or hit them with stripes from above to help clear the way for the ingredients.
It can often be easy to make colourbombs, but since there are no candies in the bottom section the colourbombs may not be as useful as other special candies unless you can switch them with a stripe. Even then they may not help much. The popcorn on the bottom right needs to be hit 4 times to clear it, three times to grow it into a colourbomb and once to detonate it as it isn't possible to switch it.
The video below is completed with 8 moves to spare so if the moves are reduced in the future it should still be relevant.

I don’t like playing levels that are different than the “helpful” videos especially since the game has more moves than me. Frustrating!
After struggling for 3 days and countless! times of trying to pass that level, i get this. Another lottery level. Come on king, get a grip of your self and give players a break!!!!!
I passed first try with 14 moves to spare. It's not that hard. I watched Cookie's video and followed it.

What a boring, impossible level! There is no fun in playing the same level endlessly. Even if you can activate the fish they don't get rid of anything useful. There are too many levels like this. Posting for luck

Once again, days and days of playing this after days and days of playing the last nightmarishly hard level.
