Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4741 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4741 Candy Crush Saga is an orders level, you have to collect waffles, licorice and striped candies to complete the level. This is very much a luck level, if you can only make moves in the sides of the board and are unable to change the lucky candies you will have little chance of passing the level.
Your aim should be to keep making moves in the section of the board where the lucky candies are, but also clear some of the waffles in the middle part as this will allow wrapped candies to drop from the dispensers. Although you don't need wrapped candies for the orders they are very useful for changing the lucky candies and also clearing licorice out of the way.
Very often it is helpful when the board shuffles, this doesn't happen very often as you can usually make moves on the left, but if you are unable to make any useful moves try to leave yourself with nowhere to go so that you force the board to shuffle. This will bring some of the lucky candies out from the candy cane fence and you can make better moves and get the board moving.
Once you begin to get wrapped candies dropping from the dispensers at the top use them either on their own or, better still, switch two together to collect as many orders as you can in one move.
The moves have been reduced since the level was released but it is possible in the moves available as the video below shows.

This level was just put out, why is it reduced already! It needs to be marked extremely hard!!! You can't do anything with the candies if the colors won't line up
After completing, I would suggest you clear the way for wrapped candies first so they can explode and cause a chain reaction. That's how I finally got through it.

Another impossible level where you have to wait for lucky board or cc to tweak!!! Wants you to buy moves!!!! Time to quit
3 days later still stuck!!! Really need at least two more moves. Like I said want you to buy them! Time to find something fun to do

I don't know about anybody else, but this level is almost impossible. I have been stuck for 3 days, and haven't been close to passing. It is 100% luck based for sure. Boosters are no help either, don't waste them.
?? In the video, player needs 17 stripes to win with the last move and only 9 stripes are on the board. He wins. Respect for having so much luck. Or was it envy? Or I this level just unfair and stupid with 22 moves?
After 20? 30? immensely unsuccessful attempts had the lucky board (= area for wraps was open soon, a lot of mystery candies changed into stripes and moves weren't blocked by liquorice and wraps). Rarely seen a level basing so much on luck.

To answer Ernsa8 above _ the lucky candies turn into whatever is needed at the time. When waffles and licorice are no longer needed ALL the lucky candies turn into stripes and detonate each other. dr

Without a doubt this is the most boring level of the 4740 levels that we've already played. We could probably play with our eyes closed and it wouldn't make any difference.

4741 i am waisthing my time and boosters on this inpossible level i play c.c. not for fun but becaus i have nothing else to do may be i can pass it in a day or week or a mond i dont no i see till than good by til you reset this level.

Yes this is the most boring and unfair level so far!!! Can't be passed in so few moves and King probably knows it. What a waste of time...
Does anyone else play on iPhone ? & there are other players around you ! & they seem to get through 50+ levels in a week !! I was always in front & now there are 3 in front steaming ahead at a rate of knots .. are they bots ??

I have never been so bored. If there's a way to pass this level, I wish someone would share it. I've tried clearing the way for wrapped candies as suggested by Ramona, but there just aren't enough moves to get this done. Very frustrating. And, I agree, don't waste your boosters. They don't help. Ugh.

I got lucky and the board shuffled and then you are able to make better moves..try block yourself so the board has to shuffle beat it on 3rd try

After playing for a long time, I watched the video and got the luck and won!
As Cookie says and everyone else here confirms, this is pretty much a total luck level. However, your best chance of passing will come in the top center section where wraps drop down. First, match everything in the moving special candies section. When you have converted as many as you can to waffles and licorice, try making combos on the sides and setting them off in an effort to get wraps to drop down from the top. Your goal should be to get two wraps together. Swiping them smashes the waffles and licorice you need. Two sets of double wraps should do it for you. Of course, there's a whole lot of luck involved in it, but I dont see how else it can be done.

I'm just swiping away aimlessly hoping that something will happen. This is very boring and those candy canes are a real pain. Stupid level waste of time and

Six comments in 2020, less moves, less players again an again, more nightmare levels than ever before! Ofcourse you lose players CC. Most players lose interest in playing it.

Absolutely impossible, nowhere near enough moves to collect all the required items. The game is no fun anymore, been stuck on this level for days, time to quit I think.
Need the mythical lucky board please. Have lost so much interest in this game. With no wat to earn lives or boosters my play is short.

Oh how I dislike luck only boards. You generally wit an eternity for a lucky board. It's just boring waiting. So many lives lost. So much time wasted. Best I've done so far is to get down to needing only 11 stripes. Where's the luck of a CB and a stripe combo when you need one? 🤷🏼♀️

Every single level that I pass now is due to luck, once I post here its almost instant! This game isnt fun anymore, and I used to buy things until I realized I pass faster by coming here and bit@hing!!! Pretty pathetic
