Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4954 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4954 Candy Crush Saga is a jelly level so all you have to do is clear the jelly to complete the level, easy! Not.
You need to look for chances to make colourbombs and other special candies to hit the blockers and popcorns in the top half of the board. Make moves in the bottom of the board to get stripes dropping from the dispensers along the bottom. Get the stripes in line with the popcorns to grow them and when you get the colourbombs switch them with a stripe or a wrap for the best clearance of waffles and blockers.
As well as the stripes at the bottom of the board there are also wraps dropping from dispensers at the top of the board. These wraps will be really useful for growing the popcorns as well as clearing jelly.
As with all jelly levels you need to make as many powerful combos as possible and blast away at the board until it is cleared. This is not a hard level to complete unless the developers reduce the moves in the future, which is quite possible.

Tough, but fun level. I passed on my first attempt with one or two moves left before viewing the blog, had the most difficulty with the licorice in the lower left corner (two or three squares immediately under/after the licorice dispenser), I found them to exit much more quickly than in Cookie's video (almost every move, especially at the end when I only had those to finish the level). I was able to carry forward a striped candy from the right and detonate it with a color bomb matching a standard candy of the same color, once it was on the last jelly. 1st attempt. Used a hand switch to put 2 choc bombs together and that did the hard part!

I added a fish booster for good measure but I don't think it was needed. Lots of CB'S and other special candies formed and lots of explosions!
