Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4964 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4964 Candy Crush Saga is an orders level, you have to collect colourbomb/stripe combos, popcorns and waffles to complete the level.
First make a vertical stripe to clear a piece of licorice so that a stripe can drop from the dispensers, they make more stripes or wraps to grow the popcorns while you wait for the stripe to travel along to the colourbomb so that you can switch them together. You can get 2 or maybe 3 of the combos in this way but you will have to make one or two combos in the middle of the board to complete the combo orders.
The colourbomb combos should grow the popcorns unless you are very unlucky and then you will only have to collect the waffles.

Finding this level pretty difficult. Top and bottom bombs will be useless if the licorice is destroyed. The just keep dropping before you can switch them with a stripe. Posting for luck.
Boring level and very hard.
I absolutely HATE this ridiculous level! How to get two color bombs together? This should be classified as a nightmarishly hard level, because that's exactly what it is. At some point, I will have to burn through all my boosters to pass it. But not yet. I'm hoping to get lucky. This level SUCKS!!!
Worst level in a very long time. Totally needs to be fixed. Difficult to make stripes under & above dispensers. Needed my extra move free spin to get 5 more moves to finish. Think I’ll take a break from this game Too frustrating! Good luck—you’ll need it!

Good to know I'm not alone in my thoughts on this one
Maybe the best thing to do is clear the popcorn fast so you can make your own combos in the middle instead of waiting for the conveyor belt.

I am getting two colour bombs together but when exploding them, the counter on the left does not reduce. Is there a bug?

Not so easy. I try and try and never come close. This level does not have a sufficient amount of moves. Nearly impossible. So, posting for luck.
Make the colour bomb stripes only at the bottom . I did it on sixth attemot . Also reset at the beginning till you get a chance to make the first stripe

As usual, C ookies color bombs line up conveniently with the stripes. For us players, torture is the word of the day.

Just another freakin level. Shuffle shuffle.shuffle, and not enough moves. This whole episode is impossible. The only thing you can do is waiting for king to give you a pass. And that is what a game is about is it...not beating a level your self and playing a level + 100/150 times untill king decides that it is time to give you a pass. I wonder what the average is of beating this level. The magic number of getting a pass.

The order is for CB/stripe combo, not CB/CB.
I had a 1 hour CB and could not get a last CB/stripe. I couldn't use the top CB more than once bc the licorice beside it was gone. Actually passed on my first try with no boosters at all. So, there you go.

Every level is impossible, need a lucky board every time. What is the fun in that? I've just about had it with this ridiculous game.

Another of my least favourite levels. Just no chances to swap bomb and stripe. We need 4 but I've managed to get 2 at my best.
These levels make me want to cry.
This level suddenly got much easier. The colour bomb/stripe combos have been replaced by 20 licorice.
