Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4979 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4979 Candy Crush Saga is a jelly level, you just have to clear the jelly to complete the level. The difficulty here is that a lot of the board is covered by crystal candies so you can't always see the colours of the candies.
If you have the facility to turn off indicative moves it is a good idea to make sure it is turned on so that you will be able to make moves even if you are struggling to see them.
You need to slow down and look very carefully at the board before every move for the above reason, it is very hard to see the colours. There are also waffles under the crystal candies so this will make things even harder to see.
You can use the conveyor to get candies and combos together if you can see them so take your time and have a really good look at the board and where the candies on the conveyor are moving.
As with all jelly levels you are going to need some powerful combos to have any chance of clearing the level. Make as many combos as you can and use them to blast the crystal candies and jelly until the board is cleared and the level is complete.

Went slow and carefully and got it on first attempt!
Finally got a lucky board, still needed 2 hammers

I cannot begin to tell you how disheartening it is for me, a person who is visually impaired, to have to continually deal with these unfair levels. All I can do is wait for the prompts to even see a possible move. What fun is this? Please, please be considerate of your players with limited vision before we all quit!
I'm the same as the person above!.I can't tell where anything is, so I rely on the prompt and boosters. The boosters aren't helping me, because I can't tell where to use them! Help needed please! Thank you!

I find that the moves the board tells me are not possible. It seems to think the crystal is not there. I have no moves possible but the board does not renew, thinking I can still move. I am beyond fed up.
The video is different, I Cannot clear the crystals don't seem to have enough moves need help please.

Both the videos on line are different to my game. Don't have any moves to clear the crystals & the jelly don't matter how long l keep looking l just do not seem to be able to clear it please send me some help.

This must be the most boring game in CC, can only follow the prompts for most of the moves, I usually quit before all moves used as its impossible. No skill required at all, an obvious "spend on boosters" game. No thanks.
