Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4985 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4985 Candy Crush Saga is an orders level, you have to collect chocolate and clear the two cakes to complete the level. There is not enough chocolate on the board to complete the orders so you will need to let it grow at some stage, but don't worry about it to begin with. Avoid clearing all the chocolate by using double colourbomb combos or you could find that there is none left to grow for the orders.
Concentrate on clearing the cakes using stripes that will drop from the dispensers and hit the fishing float to get fish that will also hit the cakes. Use the conveyor to get combos together and use these to hit the cakes and the fishing float.
Once the cakes are cleared the resulting blast will clear the crystal candies that are left and also some of the chocolate. Once you have cleared the cakes look very carefully at how much chocolate is left on the board. You may need to let the chocolate grow until there is enough for the orders to be completed.

Completed all levels till next week....
I got all the levels in the two episodes on the first go except 4977. It took me several tries in 4977 to realize that there is only one chocolate and once it is destroyed, it's Oops, game over.
Till next Wednesday. we'll finally reach Level 5000.
Not too difficult considering I still have "space dash", etc. Congrats to all who have made it this far, thanks for all the tips, Level 5000 here we come! Til next Wednesday...

Started these 2 episodes yesterday with 40 hammers, 6 hands and 4 flying saucers (plenty of other types of boosters that are usually less helpful -- but glad to have them just in case!! -- and ended today with 7 hammers, 2 hands and 2 saucers. Ugly!!! Thanks to you all for the great tips and have a great week. (I'll be hiding under the bed with all the dogs in the neighborhood for the July 4 fireworks. Thankfully, no tanks locally!!)

Only 15 levels before 5000. Then it is time to think another game. Maybe.
Done. Hoping to get a sticker for each day I win a level. Doesn’t seem to work that way. Completed levels on 3 different days but only one sticker....oh well. Still miss the sugar drops. Boosters are perilously low! Level 5000 here we come. Too bad we can’t win the levels race either....most we can do is 30. King needs to fix that. That’s my griping for today! I guess I didn't look at the board well, there are chocolate to the left of the cakes. I was so worried to not destroy all the chocolate that I wasn't getting anywhere on the cakes either. My lucky board blasted away at the cakes, no chocolate left on the bottom and I figured "oops" was coming. Once cakes were cleared plenty more chocolate to finish the orders. Barb
So timed candies have arrived in the uk! What is the point of collecting them if there are no new levels to play until Wednesday? Is this the case in the rest of the world?

Finally made it back into the Wednesday club! Fish from the floats were a big help in getting the tricky cake slices (upper left), so a fish booster may also be helpful if you’re having trouble with this one.
I am really struggling with this level
I can get most of it cleared but find the chocolate will not grow even if I keep my moves away from it
Very frustrating
This one is tricky.
I hit a float and some fish came out.
The first cake was cleared. The fish ate the last piece of the 2nd cake.
The Hammers came down twice and cleared all the chocolate.
Grrrrr
Fish just ate the last piece of cake again and the resultant hammer cleared all the chocolate.

What's it with the Wednesday club? Does Wednesday bring you some boosters? Or new challenge anyway back to my game once the cakes are blowing up there's no more chocolate!! So maybe a lucky board will help me through this.
