Hints and tips showing how to pass level 5004 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 5004 Candy Crush Saga is an ingredients level, you have to collect all the cherries to complete the level. The licorice down each column is stopping the cherries from dropping to the exits so you need to unlock and clear this to collect the ingredients and complete the level.
By far the best combos to use are colourbomb combos. A double colourbomb combo or a colourbomb/wrap combo will do the most damage to the locked licorice. If you get the colourbomb/wrap combo try to make sure you have some candies of the right colour alongside the licorice columns to make sure that the wraps do the maximum damage to the licorice.
A colourbomb/stripe combo can also be helpful but not as good as the wrap combo.

I had to play this level four times before finally using a hammer on the last licorice, always the hardest one to hit.
Use a coconut wheel if you have one
Double colour bomb combo and wheel, done.
I passed this on my first attempt before viewing the blog, with a full booster bot and adding a coconut wheel. I was able to put together two color bombs to move the cherries 2/3 through, then a color bomb and wrapped candy combination to finish it off with about 15 moves remaining. The coconut wheel didn't even come into play other than being struck and going horizontally (not helpful at all). This seems to be easy enough to complete, even Without boosters, if you are patient and build strong combinations to take out the licorice. I agree Erick - an easy one! I also used coconut wheel, but don't think I even deliberately used it. Achieved on first attempt.
I won using a color bomb/wrap with a lot of the same color alongside the licorice. Bing, bam, boom - finished in just a few moves.
Yess...finished level 5045 with all gold...in first attempt...
Omg what are the odds that ir daddy king gave you a CB/STRIPE combo twice then everything was perfect for a wrap/sprinkle combo then a wrap, give me a break
