Hints and tips showing how to pass level 5013 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 5013 Candy Crush Saga is a dual task level, you have to collect two cherries and clear the jelly to complete the level. The cherries will travel down the left side of the board when there is space for them and they only appear on the board one at a time, so the quicker you collect the first cherry the sooner you will get the second one on the board.
There is a frog under the crystal candies which can be helpful once it is grown, this can be done using a colourbomb. The same colourbomb that you use to grow the frog will also detonate the wrapped candies on the left and get the popcorns growing.
Once the frog is grown use it to complete the growing of some of the popcorns, especially the ones at the top to release the cherry. Make another colourbomb and grow the frog again so it can be used to hold back the licorice so you can use normal combos to complete the clearing of the colourbombs and waffles in the left side.
The second cherry will drop as soon as the first one is off the board.

Really difficult. It's impossible to grow the frog without color combs once it is in the left.
I don't yet get in what column the cherries will fall...

I need help here, I just don't understand how to get those two darn cherries to fall. I manage to get the first one, but never the second, no matter where I put the frog ;(

YES! After watching the video, I noticed it's best to put the frog in the licorice column :)

Once I blocked the licorice with the frog, I beat it first try with 14 moves left!
I've tried everything and still can't pass. It takes forever for the cherries to drop. Need some help here. Posting for luck 🍀
Put frog in top space of licorice. Then don’t move it and use stripe across and color bomb for wrapped candies to explode far left columns.

This is one time where I wish I didn’t listen to Cookies suggestions. I wasted many many lives and boosters. I have no,idea how her suggestions worked for her. The answer is what toyou52, unknown and Toyota3 suggested. Grow the frog and put him in the licorice column. This prevents the licorice from blocking the columns with the cherries thus allowing your wrapped,striped and stripes to explode the wraps in the cherry columns. I only needed a couple tries after that to beat the level

Absolutely, Lynne! That is the only way to pass it, and I, too, have wasted time and energy following Cookie’s ideas in this and other levels.

I passed before viewing the blog, but since it was such an odd level, felt compelled to verify that the tips laid out here in the comments were similar to what I did and seemed to work best for me. I grew the frog, used it to block the flow of licorice, then was able to range strike detonate the upper, then lower set of wrapped candies. Striped and wrapped combinations, or striped and color bomb combinations seem to be best to finish things off. Double color bomb and wrapped + wrapped would help a lot as well. Wrapped and color bomb would not do anything for the cherries, only the licorice column if you need to clear it after blocking remaining licorice. I am SO THANKFUL for the tip about frog into the licorice column!!! I had spent a day or so trying to pass the level and then came here for help and, having read the tip, went back and BINGO!!!! Thank you to everyone. Onwards and upwards!

I don’t see how some people are passing even though they’re blocking the licorice from falling I am still struggling . For whatever reason I cannot get the last cherry to drop ! Beyond frustrated with this level !
Cookie says, “...grow the frog again so it can be used to hold back the licorice...”
Granted, you could do it the 1st time instead of growing it again but she did suggest it.
Really people? You had to be told to block the licorice column? How did you even get to this level? I’m not a brainiac but I saw that one right away.

Essa dica de colocar o sapo bloqueando o alcaçuz, deve funcionar para algumas pessoas, porque comigo não funciona, a última cereja demora a aparecer e quando aparece restam dois movimentos. Quem joga o nível quando é lançado é mais fácil, depois de reduzem os movimentos e criam dificuldades. Isto não é justo. É uma fraude para com os outros jogadores.
Reduziram os movimentos. É alguma piada?? O CC foi divertido, agora é passar raiva. Melhor sair logo deste jogo idiota.

Oooooh....thank goodness I came here to see the hints by Ms Cookie. I just wasn't getting anywhere by using the frog to explode the colourbombs. Now I can't wait to try the trick of using the frog to stop the licorice:)

Frog??? My level bears no resemblance to these comments! So sick of these impossible levels, I have managed to clear the bombs twice in goodness knows how many levels and then have insufficient moves to clear the crystals.
It seems my board has a totally different and most challenging with ice to break and no frogs.
My level is nothing like the one posted here, no frog, posting for lucky board please !!!!!!!
