Hints and tips showing how to pass level 5139 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 5139 Candy Crush Saga is an ingredients level, you have to collect 6 ingredients to complete the level. The ingredients are all on the board at the start of the level and need unlocking before they can be collected.
There are not many moves to spare so you need to collect the keys as quickly as possible so that you have time to get the ingredients down to the exits. Wrapped candies and stripe/wrap combos should get to the keys fairly quickly.
Once the ingredients are unlocked they will drop onto the conveyor and from there they will drop through the portal and into the main part of the board. By the time the ingredients get to the main part of the board most of the waffles should be cleared so that the ingredients will be able to drop to the exits.
This is not a hard level as long as you can collect the keys in good time to leave enough moves to collect the ingredients.

Not a hard level? I have played this level 20x and can’t collect all the keys.

I passed after many tries using coconut wheel with wrapped candy. Maybe a lucky board as well?
There's no way to pass this level without a bunch of boosters
