Hints and tips showing how to pass level 5185 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 5185 Candy Crush Saga is a jelly level, you just have to clear all the jelly to complete the level. There is jelly on all the board, including around the edges, so the whole board has to be cleared to complete the level.
Use stripes and stripe/wrap combos to clear the crystal candies around the edges and also the blockers in the middle of the board. There are stripes around the outside of the board that will clear the jelly when they are detonated. There are also colourbomb dispensers in the middle part of the board which will give colourbombs. You can't use the colourbombs by switching them but you can hit them using stripes or combos. Detonating the colourbombs using other special candies will help to clear the jelly just as well if you switch them, so hit them whenever you get the chance.

The stripes around the outside will clear the jelly around the outer squares once they are unlocked and can be detonated.

CC was always a fun game to play. But lately the levels are a lot less beautiful to play. Maybe other developers, who are commercially active so that players start buying boosters. That is not the challenge for me. The challenge lies in playing with self-earned boosters, and that it succeeds. Another thing. You can turn the wheel every day for a booster. Now I am already past level 5000. I never hit the jackpot. That's what I mean with commercial developers. If you want to keep players, that should be possible in a fun way!
After 3 days on this level, I have concluded this is impossible. And yes, King is looking to steal your money. Every level is becoming impossible without paying King off. Cannot complete these levels without being able to earn boosters. I shall move on to a fair game. Bye bye

I have used 50 lives or more. Used every booster. Played with a full bot. I am so frustrated I want to throw my tablet against a wall.

Can't complete this level! Help please!
This level was not easy even with the full bot. I still had to use two hammers to knock out the colorbombs in the middle. It was very hard to make any decent combos to get them. Had to waste like (19) ? Gold bars to buy 3 hammers...glad that level is over.

I play this game for many years. I tried only once to buy boosters. I payed the boosters and never saw them! But King took my money. So, I'll never buy anything from King.

O CC pode ser chamado de qualquer coisa, fraude, roubo, menos um jogo divertido. Depender sempre de sorte, sem exigir habilidade ou raciocínio é atividade de cassino e não de jogo social. Meu conselho para este nível: não usem e não comprem reforços, é isto que eles querem que você faça. Melhor opção é deletar o CC. Sorte para quem fica.
Is every level from now on going to beat this rediculous, seems the high up you go the more stupid they get, used to enjoy playing this game, but not no more shouldnt take more than a few or couple days to win a game board,tkimg doesn’t give anything for free anymore ,very few boosters,no free moves etc.this game has really gone down!!!!!!!

This game is impossible!!!! You pass 1 level a week after a couple of hundred tries. You tell me if you think that is fun?
Well, we now have something to fuss about! If you think it was hard before, you ought to play it now . They added licorice galore. So if you actually thought it was a hard level before, you have no idea what hard is. It really and truly impossible now without 10 boosters of each kind and adding moves. Those licorice falls like rain. Quite boring but somebody must be spending a small fortune on this game or they wouldn’t make it so hard. Jus’ sayin’.
