Hints and tips showing how to pass level 5288 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 5288 Candy Crush Saga is an ingredients level, you have to collect all the cherries to complete the level. You need to understand how the portals work in order to collect the cherries, if you don't get the timing right you won't be able to collect the cherries.
First you need to collect the keys to unlock the cherries and the cherries will drop down to the conveyors at the bottom of the board. If you look carefully you will see that there are three portals along the bottom of the left side of the board. The cherries need to drop through the portals at the bottom and up to the top of the board, so you have to clear the candy from under the top portal when the cherry is sitting on the bottom portal so it can drop through.

The cherries on the right will drop down and through the portals at the bottom of the board and through into the left side where they can be collected in the same way as the other three cherries.

The fish are evil. Don't rely on them to target the candy blocking the exits. They only help drop cherries to the bottom.
Make colorbombs whenever possible. They can help you pick off the candies over the portals at the right time. Colorbomb combos help clear things up early on too.
