Hints and tips showing how to pass level 5382 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Since the developers are releasing 45 or more levels each week I will not be able to write tips for every level. By now you should be expert at most challenges. I will post videos and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tip: Don't destroy the spawner too early, it will give you the chocolate you need.

The spawned will produce more chocolate, so you can use a double colour bomb to start as long as you don’t detonate the spanner too soon. Finished first go.
I passed this level on my first attempt, before viewing the blog or any supporting videos. I did have the benefit of a full booster bot. I combined special candies as I waited for the jelly to accumulate. Once you clear the licorice on the right, striped + wrapped combinations are fairly easy to make and strike a high number of the chocolates and waffles. Other special candy combinations are useful as well on this level: double color bomb (don't destroy the spawner too soon, as pointed out by Cookie and in the first comment above), double wrapped, color bomb and striped candy combinations. Only 6 comments??? Did everyone just give up - I've got to get rid of far more chocolate and waffles than the video - and where am I going to get a double colour bomb? Really miss Cookie's hints and tips . . . posting for luck, or giving up altogether . . .

Getting nowhere at all. Stupid hard level, for some of us anyway. And now King has taken away another way to win boosters. So so greedy. I will not put money in their stinking pockets.
