Hints and tips showing how to pass level 5465 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 5465 Candy Crush Saga is an orders level, you have to collect waffles to complete the level. As you will see there are no waffles on the board, they need to be unlocked by collecting the yellow keys. You won't be able to collect the keys with combos or colourbombs, the only way to collect them is to destroy the spawners. The explosions from the spawners will collect the keys one by one. Start with the bottom spawner and then the middle and finally the top one.
Once the waffles are unlocked you won't have a lot of moves left so you will need to use combos to collect the waffles as they drop onto the board.

I played Candy Crush in Win 10 App which has build-a-bot
which make the game more easy.
I have completed up to level 5480

Two episodes only for mobile this week but many levels are hard.

Wishing everyone luck trying to earn boosters for next week! My luck last week was awful, we all know how hard it is to win the Jackpot, since beginning of game I had won it twice but last week I won it 2 days in a row but when I claimed it I received nothing. And on a few levels I got empty boxes after collecting the candy, so I need some luck here!
After all the bragging, SOME PEOPLE NEED HELP.
Try to start with 2 cb combo. It happened on one try and didn't even notice until too late that after the keys were unlocked from that you could get them without getting the spawners first. And they are very nasty on this level. Unless you are a chocoholic.
Finally finished with moves from the wheel. dr

dr's comment is right on,started with CB/CB combo from timed boosters, done with 21 extra moves, timed boosters have proven useful, thanks for all the tips, good luck to all, til next Wednesday...

Queria dar uma dica aos desenvolvedores, já que somos mais adiantados e só colocam poucos níveis semanais, vcs poderiam deixar que, se conseguir passar novamente os níveis que já foram jogados, computasse para que a gente continuasse na disputa semanal, senão a gente nunca vai estar no podium. Pense nisso! 😉
Spun the "daily booster wheel" today and got "jackpot", never got it before, now twice in 1 week! The wedge appears blue with 3 gold stars, doesn't say jackpot like it used to, hooray, til Wednesday...

Even though I wasn't able to get the CB/CB swap, I did finish the game with 4 moves to spare.
Just keep hitting the spawners as hard as you can. The waffles will come onto the main board and be easy to wipe out from there.

Help impossible level
So now you can't reset to get the cb/cb combo. The advice is right on. There's no way to get the keys without getting rid of the spawners. Never would have figured that out. Keep at it and hit the spawners bottom up. Wraps help if you can't get one near. I found my stripe/cb combo was a waste.
King, how can you dare to steal our future with ridiculous levels!?

So the spawners are not the regular ones, you can hit them by just removing the colors next to them! Once I realised that it was easy.
