Hints and tips showing how to pass level 5500 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Since the developers are releasing 45 or more levels each week I will not be able to write tips for every level. By now you should be expert at most challenges. I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tip: Use the frog to clear the two side sections and stop the licorice dropping.

I passed this level on the first try. The hardest jellies to clear are the two isolated fenced jellies on the 1st and 7th columns on rows 5 and 6 because they are constantly covered by licorice. Grow the frog and place it below the licorice dispenser to clear thd jelly there and prevent the licorice from covering the jelly on the square below it. After you clear the two jellies inside the fence, grow the frog again and do the same on the other side.

Rick did you start with 2 color bombs because there is not enough shots to build the frog 4 times as you suggest!

2 Wraps combo along the edge took out both licorice and the jellies on one side and the frog on the top jelly on the other side took out both licorice and 1 jelly but I did not have enough moves left to get the rest of the jellies on the board.......I will keep trying. GRRRR

To Tex, yes I started with 2 color bombs. You have to grow the frog only 2 times, not 4.

This is impossible - well unless you get a lucky board - which is really the entire crux of Candy Crush these days.... Come on King - play fair!!!!!

Omg how on earth are I'm supposed to clear the way through so much chocolate plus hit the spawner which is locking everything in and when the hoorible chocolate is unlocked it just covered lucky candy I do manage to make come on cc help me out here really really do need some good luck with this one please

Thanks to Ricks comment about the frog I passed after 2 more tries.
Unless you can start with 2 cbs you cant grow the frog enough as advice above suggests. Recent players get a different scenario since restart is no longer an option as it was a few months ago. Pfl

If you are privileged to have 2 CBs, I don't need ur advice, I'm not privileged.
I haven't been able to restart since Oct 2018.
This is a struggle. NOT enough MOVES! 😡🤬

Each of the squares in the 2 outside edges require 3 hits. First hit to get the licorice. 2nd hit to get the double jelly. 3rd hit to get the single jelly. That means we need 12 hits to clear those 4 spaces.
IF you can grow the frog and put it under the licorice dispenser it will clear both the fences. It will then sit on a single layer of jelly and there will be a double layer of jelly in the space below it.
It's almost impossible to fill the frog again unless you can make a CB. And, if you do make a CB you then have to be able to match it with a jelly the colour of the frog in order to fill it.
IF you can make a CB & fill the frog move the frog to the bottom space.
What are the chances of being able to repeat that process on the other side. About nil?
IF I had UFO I would use it after the fences were cleared and hope it would target the side(s). Sadly, I don't have any so I haven't been able to try it.
Good luck to all. I'm finding this one very difficult. A LOT more moves would definitely help. In the meantime just waiting for the lucky board.

A cada nível os desenvolvedores do CC se superam em imbecilidade. Outro nível impossível. Apenas os favoritos do CC como Cookie, Johnny Crush e Kazuohk tem o privilégio de fazer inúmeros boosters, os demais jogadores só concluem o nível quando o CC permite, não existe mais nenhuma estratégia, apenas sorte. Melhor opção é deletar o CC. Sorte para quem fica.

LUCKY BOARD PLEASE. KING has made the games impossible & not fun. Ino 5500 is a very high level and expect to be difficult-NOT impossible without Boosters & BUYING extra moves. ALL GREED & AVARICE by CC KING techs--maybe they get a Bonus. You know the level is hard when Pro Kaz had to use a Hammer on last move. SO why lower the amount of moves for regular players.

Why have I got a different board again? I got 17 moves and need to get 122 jellies, 12 squares are mirangues that need 4hits plus the jelly then there’s 6bubble gum that has to be hit 4 times plus jelly the chocolate is covered in liquorice and grows twice a turn plus I’ve lost count of candy curls I’ve counted it up and it’s nearly 300 hits in 17 moves.oh and I have no frog! I’ve used all my boosters on iPad and phone and after two weeks I’ve had a gut full! I think I’ll be deleting if I’ve not done it in a couple days.

It’s only possible to finish this level when you buy extra moves? I don’t believe it. CC is only focus on buying. Sorry but I can’t. So collecting free boosters is my only option without playing. Bey.
Fed up with the impossible levels and only a few moves so cc force you to buy. Well thanks, I don’t buy. Glad that there are better games to play. Sick of the lies from CC.
To stuc on a boring, impossible game like CC it’s easy to left such games behind you. I am to old finish such games with impossible and irritating levels. The time to play is become to zero. Collect free boosters without playing is more a game for me now. Levels to play with boosters? Bad option. They want you to buy, buy, buy. No thanks CC.👎
