Hints and tips showing how to pass level 6218 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 6318 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is an orders level, you have to collect licorice, blue and orange candies to complete the level.
You need a bit of luck to complete this level as the only way to get enough of the colours is to create cascades. Unfortunately once you get cascades going you won't get any more licorice dropping so you might struggle to get enough licorice. You can destroy the spawners and still get licorice, but if you destroy the spawners too early you may not get enough licorice dropping. It is pretty much a balancing act between the cascades for the colours and getting the licorice to drop.
The level has been made harder since it was first released but the strategy is the same.

This is a ridiculous game. If you get cascades you can easily get all the colored points needed but no chance of getting the licorice. If you let the licorice build up too much it’ll limit your moves and then you’ll get an oops! I can’t see where it’s possible to get both colors and the licorice as near the end the licorice stops dropping. I won’t be wasting time on this game much longer. Why King decided to make it harder is beyond me.
P.S. To make this game even harder the fish destroy the spawner and after they’re gone you get very few licorice.
Tried to keep the spawners for as long as possible. Needed around 60 liquorice when the fish destroyed them with 10 moves left. Managed to pass level with 5 extra moves. The check booster isn't much use till the coloured candies are collected. Hardly ever gives you liquorice

I found that using the checkmark booster didn't help at all. Towards the end of the game I would get a licorice, randomly explode it, which prevented any more falling. Posting for luck, because everything else I tried failed.
No fun with the fish destroying the spawners at every move. And not enough moves to get enough licorice to fall after they're destroyed.
This is ridiculous, you either get lots of cascades and destroy the spawners hence not enough licorice or try to get licorice and get oops, I have never tried so long on one game
When you get the coloured candies and even the spawners have already been destroyed try to combine colourbombs with stripes. That will give you cascades of licorice. Done on my first try with no need of extra moves using this strategy. Good luck everyone 🍀
Had 18 licorice left and paid 1.99 for 10 bars, got 1! This game sucks
I got really close so I 'paid' 10 gold bars for extra moves and was able to finish. Not easy. A lot of luck needed.
Got down to 13 with 5 extra moves. I think you won’t get till King gives it to you, it I’ll try the color. Mob stripe approach!
Got down to 18 licorice, have always been using stripes and colour bombs as Luis says but he must have been lucky. Paid another 1.99 and got 15 moves, did it with 10 phew
I tried to limit the number of fish by steering clear of the buoys and didn't match CB's with a color that had a lot of fish on the board. That worked pretty well. Then I used gold bars I had on hand to buy 5 extra moves to finish up.

I used 60 gold bars and still had 45 licorice left😡

Thanks for this tip. After playing this a bazillion times, I tried your tip and it worked. I had to use a hand switch a couple of times to get the color Bonn and stripe side by side but it worked! Thanks!
Ridiculous level. Should be graded higher so at least it could help with the chocolate box. PFL

Here is how they cheat in this one the fish are not your friends they break speckled bombs striped anything u can use Second the incessant cascades are so freaken boring I can hardly stand to play this level I know u need that to collect the colored candies but once I have them collected it keeps going and going and going They won’t let the licorice fall if u have broken a licorice then they don’t fall every time u make a space it’s the second time by then the stupid cascade starts again So obviously rigged as usual The colors are easy to get but they’ve rigge the licorice not to be enough
It's now much easier....far fewer liquorice needed....after 2 days struggling to make enough liquorice I logged in today and did it first time, no boosters

I was quite there trying to keep the spawners as long as possible but today in Android it has changed (not in windows) and is now easy to pass. Only around 50 colour candies and 80 licorices. However there is an additional colour on the board and the central dispensers have been delayed. It's now more balanced and in 2 trials I passed. Good that King sometimes changes such impossible levels.
350 of each color plus 250 licorice in that many moves? I thought this was easier now? Ridiculous!!

Colorbomb/stripe combos as mentioned above and try not to destroy the spawners too soon. You can collect licorice and have it still fall as long as you don't make matches beside them. Good luck!
