Hints and tips showing how to pass level 6407 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 6407 is a multi task level, you have to collect sugar coats and fish as well as clear the jelly to complete the level. You are going to need to make combos and hit the floats to make as many fish as possible. The fish will help to collect the sugar coats and clear the jelly so are worth getting as much as possible.

This is CRAZY
I think I am visiting this site way too much. Must be telling me something. Either I have turned into one crappy player or maybe it is something else. Please, can I have a lucky board.

What takes away the fun is the ridiculously impossible levels and just having to wait for a lucky board.

Good gosh, even if I use boosters they are always under ice or a stripe that hits nothing valuable. Sick of the recent levels. I’m getting really bored with this game. Any suggestions for another one better?
