Hints and tips showing how to pass level 6981 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 6981 is a dual task level, you have to clear the bubblegum and the jelly to complete the level.
The best way to clear this level is to grow the popcorns in pairs and switch them together. You can do this two or three times if you are careful. Use colourbomb/stripe combos or stripe/wrap combos to get the popcorns growing. The fish that sometimes drop from the top can be useful, but they don't always go where you need them so you can't rely on them to clear the important jellies when you need them.

stuck here for the last two days
I finished using a hammer and starting with all my boosters. What's with fish that go to blank spaces WHEN a jelly IS available?

Wasted too many boosters and still have not passed. Taking a break from this... waste of time!
Good luck trying to grow the popcorn in pairs, they just explode one at a time!

Could’ve passed this level many times over if the fish would go after jelly...like they’re supposed to!! What’s up with that? They ‘attack’ blank spaces?? Please fix this.
