Hints and tips showing how to pass level 7029 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 7029 is an orders level, you have to collect the bubblegum to complete the level. To begin with you need to collect the yellow key and to do this you need to detonate the stripe top left. You will need to hit this stripe several times to remove the sugar coats and detonate it, this will hit the other stripes and finally collect the key.
The key unlocks the licorice down the middle so that you can clear it to allow stripes and combos to pop the bubblegum. There are no candies dropping down on the right so if the bubblegum stops popping you will have to hit it again with combos to get it going again.

Hi, everyone! I thought I would post some encouragement. I have fallen behind after finally catching the end last fall, have fallen behind after they really toughened things up in early March and I started struggling with at least a few levels every episode, some taking several days to complete. The frequent laments since then in the comments regarding the lack of sugar drops and removing the ability to build the bot with levels you'd already passed, plus making the levels even more difficult to complete without boosters created a storm of suckitude and negative feels that coincided with the COVID-19 spikes across the world. King gave us unlimited lives, but that only made the torture last longer, and not prompt us to purchase booster packs, which is what I think they've been doing by making the levels more difficult, taking away free bonuses (like the sugar drops and most, if not all, of the mini games), and making building the bot only possible by completing new levels in succession (so challenging). Hang in there!
This episode (7026-7029) so far has been much more fun than lately. It could be a lot of things... I've lowered my expectations, perhaps removing the things that made it easy to zip through episodes faster than they were being released (2 or 3 per week) actually made me a better player, and I possibly got a few lucky boards. 7028 was challenging, but at least I was able to do it in four attempts. The other three were done on my first attempt. Fingers crossed that I'm actually going to start completing two or three episodes per week, possibly more at some point, so I don't continue to fall further and further behind the absolute best crushers. Now I'm roughly two months behind Cookie, Kazuo, Johnny Crush, etc. but I have hope.
Try to have fun, hopefully crushing lots of candies.

Also, on this level, try to focus on creating and aligning vertical stripes to use for that critical coated horizontal yellow striped candy, which strikes the vertical striped yellow candy, which strikes the key that unleashes the licorice that blocks the striped candies. As Cookie points out in her tips, getting that key early is the way to pass this level. Powerful combinations once you get those licorice and stripes falling start coming easier, and the bubblegum practically takes care of itself once it starts popping.

Erik, I like your comments. I now enjoy Candy Crush, haven fallen back from the treadmill of trying to compete the levels every week. I feel no pressure to use what ever King bestows on me, I take time and pass either by skill or when I get a lucky board. My screen time is dramatically reduced. I have never paid a penny to King and never will, but thanks to King for bring back the challenge of playing the game
