Hints and tips showing how to pass level 7148 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 7148 is classified as a nightmarishly hard level so you can expect to lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is a dual task level, you have to clear the jelly and collect the jelly to complete the level.You will likely need a bit of luck as well as careful playing to clear the jelly. Work your way down the board and once the frog is grown use it to clear one of the squares with sugar coats and waffles. Then use the frog when it is grown for clearing more waffles and sugar coats.
Look for colourbomb combos to clear the jelly, switch with a wrap for the best results. Another good combo is a double wrap combo.

Not classified as a Nightmarishly Hard level, or any other kind of difficult level on my game board. Just a regular game. Almost two hours on this one level. One more try and I'm done for a while. I'll be out of lives and I'm not using any more precious boosters for now. If it had been marked as Nightmarishly Hard I would have used all the starting boosters on my first attempt. Those, combined with the Bot boosters I had, probably would have gotten me through the first time around. Now I'm stuck in this pit. Good luck everyone!

Not liking this one!! Needs work.
This level is so annoying because I keep getting real close but falling at the last hurdle. There's a lot of combos that can clear the main board easy but those waffles are stupid. Even with multiple frog hits they don't go away fast enough. Waffles are the single worst addition to this game. I think that's when things started going downhill.

Crimmany! I used precious boosters to switch color bombs with wraps etc. to be left with one strategical jelly left in bottom right hand corner. Yay hammer! Nope, hammer won't hit if frog on it. Advice if you have forgotten as I did.

Thanks Cookie, started with all boosters and used the frog as you suggested,worked first go. Managed to makd a few colour bombs and used them to grow the frog.

I needed 1 move to clear went to buy the special but couldn't tell how many lives i had so wouldn't purchase...no sense in an hours worth of specials of you only have 1 life!! I will repeat myself..you should actually get the hours worth of free lives too!! Fix it so we can see how many lives we have when buying

I found that using the frog to destroy the waffles works better if you start near the top and work your way down. It seems to work better that way and alliws more chances to fil up the frog.

Very difficult, but not impossible. I finally got it by starting with a powerbomb and fish boosters and activating the frog as often as possible, working down the board on the second blocks from the outside with the frog. Watch for good matches before activating the frog to clear out the center pieces. The powerbomb will activate the frog every time you get one--and also all the other candies of that color, so it is very helpful. Once the jellies are gone, be mindful of dropping the dragons in an effective manner.
Makes no sense keeping players who are willing to spend money on reasonable levels stuck on nightmarish levels. Want my cash? Be reasonable, it's that simple.
