Hints and tips showing how to pass level 7328 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 7328 is an orders level, you need to collect the chocolate to complete the level. You don't need to worry about letting the chocolate grow as there is enough on the board at the start of the level. However it will grow a little while you are getting started and this will make it easier to collect enough since you won't have to clear the crystal candies in the bottom left.
You will need to look carefully for chances to make special candies and combos as this is the only way you will manage to collect the chocolate. This gets a bit easier as the board begins to clear, but with 5 colours it is not the easiest level to make combos on. Use the stripes from the top of the board and switch them with other special candies if you can.
The video below starts with 30 moves but is completed within the moves now available.

Classified as a Super Hard Level
This level has been heavily buffed since the video, by adding double icing to the candy on the conveyor belt. Super hard!

I was stuck here for 2 days and not getting close. The problem is the lower left section. I tried several strategies. Clearing the 2 top dispensers on the left for stripes does not work. It takes too long, and the stripes are always horizontal. Clearing the ladder below the board for stripes also takes too long, you simply don't have enough moves to activate the stripes once you are set to go. How I finally cleared the level was to just getting stripes from the top dispensers to drop as low possible and combine them. Keep an eye out for stripe/wrap combo's if possible. In the end I sacrificed a hammer to finish it off. Very boring and frustrating level without boosters. Starting with colorbomb is not effective, as you have to sacrifice it in the first move. Probably the best is to use tick booster, if you have one. <Zoe
It took me more than it should to clear the game because I got confused in thinking I had to break all the blocks and wasted many moves. 😂 This is an orders deal to collect the chocolates. Ugh. Glad to be moving on.

This is ridiculous. How long am I going to be in this fucking jail king. Bullshit levels. Why don’t you try making the fucking game fun again! You made enough fucking money off it.
Would also like to know if I should G-CUB a UFO?
(Ha! Created a new term: "get close, use booster") Like someone wrote above, hate to waste one, especially if it's one of those sneaky levels where it creates wraps in places where we do not need them.
So, yea, I had to GCUB a UFO. I got down to 9 chocolates with the use of a hammer on a stripe, and then unleashed a precious UFO. It sent 2 wrapped candies to...let's just say- "outer space", and 1 wrapped xandy in the spot I needed. That left me with still 1 chocolate remaining and luckily I had 1 move left. I matched 3 and finished the dang thing!!!
Also note: bombs and stripes seem to explode for no reason. I had 2 different color stripes fall from the dispenser, land on top of a colorbomb, and all 3 exploded! At another point, 2 stripes dispensed and exploded in a cross pattern, as if they were switched, but they were not! Sometimes I match 3 next to a colorbomb and it explodes, as well.
This sneaky, scammy, unfair design by King!!!

Does Candy Crush take pity on you? Trying for a day and a half to do this level, then out of the blue got 50 moves for an attempt. Passed easily.
Zoe’s advice was great. I got really close soon after reading it, got impatient and used a UFO to ensure I finished. It did target the chocolate, which may be helpful to know.
