Hints and tips showing how to pass level 7428 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 7428 is classified as a nightmarishly hard level so you will lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is a rainbow rapids level, you have to collect all the rainbows to complete the level.
You need to clear the whole board to complete the level and to begin with you won't have much choice of moves. Don't worry if the board keeps shuffling as this can be an advantage, you get matches without using moves. Use the frog to clear the thickest waffles and later it can be used to help clear the blockers, but don't waste moves growing the frog after the first time, let it grow by using combos.
Treat this the same way as you would a jelly level and make as many combos as you can to blast the board until it is cleared.

An absolute joke of a level..tried 5 times so far and I’m getting re shuffles with 1 move remaining....I think if you buy about 10 ufos you might just get somewhere

Well that is a joke...the reason for reshuffling is that you as the player are able to make your own decisions on what moves to make .....pure effing luck, totally boring. ... play your games, lose your lives, wait till you have new lives and repeat.

Feck me....I had a bonus colour bomb to start the game on several occasions..... At the end of the game... still had not been able to use it.

I agree with graham ,,worst level ever and tried it with boosters once and couldn’t use them..make a move,,shuffle,,make a move ,,shuffle ..repeat 28 times and that’s the game over without getting one rainbow thing ....I wonder if the people at king play these levels before there realised,,I think the way this one is they obviously don’t

Without boosters very difficult, but won 2nd attempt with using (my own = won, not bought) boosters. Started with CB + wrap/stripe (they were somewhere hidden then). When the board was a bit open, I could combine (with the help of a switch) a CB with a wrap. This was extremely important and helpful. So after this, quite some combos were possible and as a side effect, I used the frog twice. Was one move short, so had to use a hammer before the last move.
Ps: Graham... please stop complaining or stop playing CC, if you cannot deal with frustration. Your comments are always the (boring) same ones and not very helpful.

Used all my boosters, never had a chance to use them as needed. And now this level is classified as very hard. Really?

Moves have been reduced from 36 to 26. King please stop reducing the moves. It gives other players an advantage that we don't have.

So after many attempts, I added my two boosters (color ball, stripe/wrap). They were under glass. Thought maybe somehow I could align them. 3 moves later I got "oops" no more moves.
This is beyond ridiculous. The moves are mostly proscribed at the start. Then a shuffle, another shuffle and then Oops. WTF. Absolutely no tips to give anyone except not to waste any boosters on it. Maybe this will be my last game after so many years. I feel sorry for those of you who pay money for this.

I don't understand why I read so many complaints... we all know that CC is a "game" exclusively built up by kings to earn billions for free... so, if you don't want to pay, keep shut and wait days to pass a level. This one is enough to buy around 30 extra moves and you go ahed immediately

Passed 1st time. Did have color bomb and stripe/wrap to start from previous wins. Used the frog around 4 times on the waffles as suggested. Did need an extra life for 2 addl moves. The board never shuffled.
Another classic level, you will all win don’t be discouraged, but it’s on Kings terms, they only let you win when they want you to! Unreal.
Als na 1 zet al 6x het veld gehusseld moet worden en daarna zegt dat er geen mogelijkheden meer zijn!!!! Wat moet dat dan voorstellen?? Belachelijk dat zulke levels nog ontwikkelt worden. Candy crush is ten dode opgeschreven als dit doorgaat. Zelfs een geluksbord kan dit spel niet meer van de ondergang redden. Flut-spel

Just did 1st attempt. Was kinda close so came here to read how bad it is to decide if I want to pay to play on. By all the comments, looks like I should. Hmmmm. Board didn’t shuffle at all either. Frog grew like 4 times. Wonder how long it’ll be before I get this close again...

Worst level ever. King better give everyone a pass on this one. I had 3 lives left. All of them reshuffled 5 or 6 times then gave me an OOPS none left and ended game. Thru all these levels, this has never happened before. Major faux pas

Yep, just like CCAddict and Forgot, and a few others....used a CB and stripe/wrap boosters, couldn't even use them. Shuffles, then OOPS after making only 2 moves. Feeling very ripped off! I'll be here awhile methinks.

This level is a nope. Especially exciting when you lose a turn with 10 more moves because the reshuffle doesn’t want to match up. Shame!

My Usual Please--miracle magical super lucky board that plays itself & wins. Not asking much except please shit can the Rainbow Rapids GAMES. I joined to play CANDY CRUSH--------not some BS idiotic game.
Wasted all my timed boosters which isn't fair to get stuck having to play this horrid game.
IS there an end to rainbow rapids? Makes me want to quit CC.

This so so completely computer written with no one trying it for themselves. Ready to throw in the towel. These last ten levels are simply awful. Horrid. Boring. Far too difficult. Not one single booster left. I’m about to quit. Disheartened and frustrated but these are all luck. Videos are of no help. Clearly I need a lucky board please. Dislike. Help.

A very difficult and frustrating level. Is more fun when it at least "seems" a possibility to win! A lucky board might help, but without boosters or gold bars, I think I will be living on this level for a long while. Still love CC!

This is virtually impossible, being on same level for days , becoming very frustrating. Have used every possible booster. Please help or change this level as very obvious everyone is struggling. Not enjoyable at this stage .
