Hints and tips showing how to pass level 7648 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 7648 is an ingredients level, you have to collect the cherries to complete the level. First you need to get the chocolate under control and clear some of the licorice. Once you gave a space through the licorice you need to clear the blocker in the bottom section using a stripe or a stripe combo. Switch the cherry with the yellow stripe to collect the first key. Then clear the second blocker with a stripe and switch the second cherry and stripe together. The two keys will unlock the bottom right section and you can switch the coconut wheels one by one to clear the licorice and collect the remaining cherries.
You need to have three moves left once the keys are collected to switch the three coconut wheels.

Going in with too many boosters and I get cherries stuck on the left side with no way to move them over. DO NOT start with 2 colour bombs.
I used a double combo as my first move. Big mistake. It cleared everything except for the last cherry which was stuck in the bottom. It would not let me use a hand to switch it out. Game over.

Watch very carefully how the example plays the game. I kept losing until I did exactly what they did, won it immediately. You have to get the first block below, then follow exactly what they do.
2 Cherries were left stuck with no way to move them. Confusing level.

I only had 2 moves left so after using 1 wheel,i used a hammer for the second wheel and had 1 wheel left for the last row. It worked.
Stupid level. You're expected to lose the bot to pass it. Great design

Glad I came here first, agree not to start with boosters, used 1 hammer on last blocker, needed the final 3 moves to use coconut wheels, good luck!

Watched the video and the played the game accordingly. I was doing coconut wheels first , when you should break they the top left to get the two blockers on the bottom left.

Absolutely only ONE strategy for this level: as mentioned above, do exactly as the video shows And DO NOT hit the two left blockers with a coconut wheel.

Count me in with the screw ups. Cleared the blockers, then the licorice, got 2 stuck cherries. Lame.
Passed. For those still confused...
Clear some of the blockers on the conveyor. You need a space to fire a stripe through to the bottom section. When you clear that bottom one, the cherries from the right fall to the left. Use the 1st cherry to switch. Then repeat. Fire another stripe through to the bottoms blocker, then use the 2nd cherry to switch. Lastly, use the 3 wheels to clear the licorice rows under the last cherries. Will need 3 moves for this last part.

Not impossible at all! Once you crack the code, or read the post on here that tells you how to do it, it is just a matter of time.
Good advice from Cookie. The hardest part to me each time was getting the vertical stripe to go down the column to hit the second blocker so I could switch the second cherry and yellow stripe candy. But it just took a few games
Thanks to Im's tip. If you have 2 hammers hit the first blocker, switch the candy with the yellow stripe. Repeat for the 2nd blocker, then use the coconut wheels and game over!

Well, the coconut wheel did it for me! I used it to get the blockers each time, then the rest was (just) OK.

Dang, tips aren't helping bc I don't have a hammer. I haven't any dinero til Monday unfortunately! Anybody want to donate a couple to me please. Programmers, tech, what say you, please help. Thank you kindly.
I figured it out after posting. Was able to to get down to blast, then those wheels on bottom right hit cherries, each row...it did ut! Thank goodness!

Good tips mostly, watch videos, notice the strategy, I used coconut wheel booster carefully, creating vertical stripes to clear liquorice, hammers would work, don’t clear 2nd blocker in bottom left too quickly or the cherry gets stuck

stupid level I started with boosters because I was on a streak now my dragon is stuck and i’m going to lose the level because I can’t move him over. and i’m in the middle of a candy royale so i’m gonna get kicked from that because they didn’t think about these things when they made these levels! annoying
