Hints and tips showing how to pass level 7649 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 7649 is a dual task level, you have to collect the waffles and clear the jelly to complete the level. The only way to clear this is to make as many combos as possible to clear the waffles and jelly and complete the level.

I cannot believe my eyes. I came here to see if any comments left at all. How was it possible to pass this level the very first time, with no boosters, nothing. Lucky board right away?

Interesting level, you have to take a good look what's on the board, just relax!! 1st try only 3 left, and in the 4th try I got it without boosters. Lucky board, no I don't think so, keep concentrating and a nice cup of coffee helps haha. Up to the next one...
Cb combo but still didn’t get it. 4 jellies left 2 in each corner and no cascades that reach the bottom like the video.

Have 9 gold bars and cannot get a win in time to earn one for extra moves.Every second of third game stuck for 2 or 3 days waiting for a decent board. Not even close on this one. Getting pretty boring! Not spending spending money on this game.

Another ridiculous level. Even starting out with a double color bomb, not nearly enough moves to clear the board. A joke indeed. Waiting days for a lucky board makes us all fools for wasting our time!

Cannot even imagine a board lucky enough to pass this ridiculous level in 20 moves. Combos would be usefully but there is no space available to make them until you have less than 10 moves remaining! It doesn't matter though because I will never pay real money to pass a level!
Where's the skill/tactics/strategy? Not there. This is just like gambling on a poker machine.. Click, click .. no prize and out of moves (or money needed to buy more play). Get stuffed King!
It's a shame that I can't put this mindless level on auto-play and resume when it's over!
It’s actually really been fun up till now, there have been levels where you actually need skill! This one is not winnable without luck, just have to wait till King decides when you should win. It’s incredibly boring. Classic.

I thought it was just me having trouble with this level. It should be a nightmareishly hard level. I'm not even close to clearing it. I agree, a lucky board is the only way to clear it.

Finally🥳 Thank you! The board before had the watch ads for extra moves so on next try I started with cb and and wrap/stripe booster. I used the 6 extra moves but still had to use switch and hammer to complete. Couldn't do it without the extra moves and boosters. Good luck!

I've NO boosters or money to BUY extra moves. BTW King stop taking away the perks: watching ads & wheel for moves, Let's Climb--ways to get free boosters, & don't limit to 20 games from friends. Let's give players help.

Os movimentos são manipulados, impedindo de fazer combos. No vídeo do Dynamicvideos ele faz um CB ou dois a cada movimento, e acontecem cascatas que limpam o tabuleiro, comigo nada disto acontece!! Não vou mais desperdiçar meu tempo com este jogo manipulado. Adeus, sorte e dinheiro para quem fica, vão precisar!
Realmente o nível foi alterado. Nos vídeos eles tem duas esteiras que facilita juntar os combos, agora não tem mais as esteiras, dificultando muito o nível. Totalmente impossível concluir. Chega, já fui longe demais. Tenho outros jogos melhores.
