Hints and tips showing how to pass level 7738 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 7738 is a dual task level, you have to collect the yellow candies and clear the jelly to complete the level. The yellow candies are in the top left section of the board and you need to collect the keys to unlock them.
Treat this as a normal jelly level and look for combos to clear the blockers and collect the keys. Once the board is unlocked it will get easier to make the combos to clear the board.

Ok, I don't know where to put this comment...complaint so I'm putting it here. While playing this game there is a weekly game called Dexter.
After passing a level you get "points" depending on how many cb's you get during a game. The game started 2 days ago. I've passed 28 levels. I was in 1st with 940 points. Followed by 2nd place 590, 3rd 550, 4th 530 and 5th 371. Within less than an hour 5th place went from
371pts to 1010. There is something wrong here King. Are you giving certain players an advantage? This has happened before, and when I've written I never get an explanation. Maybe because you have none or don't want to admit to being unfair. By the way, first place is the ONLY one to win boosters. Is 1st place winner a Plant so you don't have to give out boosters??? Seems so.
Oh, and I'm still here so I haven't been able to move on and get any Dexter points either. I guess I need something more than a lucky board.
I need to find out how this person is able to move on so quickly.

GloryB, I've read other discussions about this and most conclude with the idea that King/Activision is using robot players to manipulate these challenges, as well as other side games and contests. Seems plausible to me.
Another stoopid figit spinner level, right in the heels of the last one. Come on, Activision, restore the old game to us! Meanwhile, send better boards, please.
Like 7730, the board runs you out of moves as you attempt to collect the keys. Another boring, waste of time level. Thanks, King.

Used my UFO needed 4 jellies..2 were right together and the others were scattered...so you get 3 wraps that should've taken them out...NOPE!! hit the 2 together and one of the others then the 3rd just hit a random jelly!! That is such BS..just another way the game is unfair..reading all these comments, i have to wonder why we are still playing!!
