Hints and tips showing how to pass level 7983 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 7983 is an ingredients level, you have to collect cherries to complete the level. The cherries drop from the dispensers at the top and are not all on the board at the same time so the sooner you collect them the sooner more will drop onto the board.
Stripe/wrap combos are usually the best combos for clearing the chocolate and collecting the cherries. It can be a bit harder to make good special candies and combos as there are more colours on the board.

Very hard less moves and in johnny crush video he has wrapped candies dispenser .. i dont have that!! Only stripe dispenser top middle!! Very annoying they lessen moves and change things
Yes and with the wraps, you have to hit the candies and boosters a couple of times before you can use them. A waste of good boosters!
My friend told me this level was super easy. Not. I guess it matters what kind of board you get. I’m posting for a lucky one. I detest sugar coated candies. Good luck everyone.

The best answer I can suggest, Mom, is that it wasn't nightmarish before some sadist tweaked it between Cookie & Co trialling it and the rest of us being allowed to try, as highlighted above.
Cookie's advice would have been very different if testing it as it is now. Rarely is it possible to clear two fruits; four is a ridiculous task. But no doubt when your very very very lucky board turns up, it'll be easy. We've seen it all before.

That's my plan too, Jimmy - the blatant extortion of Greedy King is as sickening as the trolling which is allowed to persist on these pages. I used to check each page as I played, but after what I've seen, I only come here for advice if I'm really stuck. I refuse to give "hits" to help advertising sales. There are plenty of other games out there that aren't the con that CC is.

Coco wheel doesn't work for me on this because its always covered with sugar coat. Wasted 3 of them trying this.
I used one UFO and one hammer plus one each of boosters to pass this level because I got so sick of it. This is NIGHTMARISHLY hard.
My board is different too, no booster dispensers at all, still plugging away, came here for tips, will try the coconut wheel (of course)...
I'm back, no stripe or wrap dispenser on my board, the coconut wheel helped after countless tries when not covered in "sugar coat", got the elusive "lucky board", 2 moves to spare no less, boring to be sure, happy to be moving on, good luck to all...
Well done, Sunny - I lost most of my coconut wheels here too, but after almost 2 days of trying, my v.v.v. lucky board finally turned up.

Passed very next go so that post worked! Did have to use full booster to start and got colour bomb stripe combo to kick off which helped plus used my last remaining spaceship and got coconut wheel in right position for very last move
This is not rated correctly! It needs to be nightmarishly hard!! I can't even get one cherry!! Just another tedious level that doesn't have enough moves!! Sick of using up my boosters on one level! This game sucks!!!

You have to buy your way through this level. Typical of CC. Just wish people would see that and stop wasting your money. Want advice? Find a new game that is not controlled by its maker. Bye.
I really don’t know why so many people constantly complain. You obviously love the game or you wouldn’t be here at such a high level.

Sorry, Roger, but we have been bored with the extortion for a long time. People didn't load CC to be treated as cash cows - that's why they complain. Have a look at the board for #7994 and realise that you're in the minority, being happy to be held to ransom.

Saw all the comments and decided to wait until I had the space race boosters, then combined them with the winning streak boosters before attempting this....and it worked! Thanks for the warnings everyone.
For what it’s worth...I think the reason there are so many levels requiring boosters to pass is because there are so many ways to collect free boosters now. I never pay for boosters and always have plenty saved for difficult levels. I know not everyone has the same opportunities to collect free boosters (not sure why that is) but if you don’t love playing the game, find something else that makes you happy. Life’s too short!
Great, the only booster I have is the coconut wheel and now everyone is saying it doesn't help. That's the kind of luck I have.

Wow lots of comments but no help except waiting for the lucky board and using UFO and boosters. I found using boosters is a waste, mine were covered in sugar for most the game. The furthest I got was when I concentrated on the middle before setting off the outside stripes. Still waiting.
Wowzer. Received a coconut wheel on my PC. Started in the middle getting rid of sugarcoats. Then the wheel came to my rescue clearing the ends for the cherries to drop down.

Been on this for days but just noticed I don’t have any repeat ANY boosters dropping from the top. That’s a bit unfair. Stand no chance to pass not even got one cherry out..used all the boosters I had with no bott this could be the end. Give us all the same game please.

Loved CC when we could play for boosters. I have not liked all the new changes. I play when I’m sitting and watching TV but it’s not fun any more.
No matter what boosters I use I can’t even come close to winning after playing all week.

Frustrating. Saved all daily boosters as that’s all I get and none were helpful. Have not been able to get more than 1 fruit. So tired of wasting time on this.
This is beyond ridiculous. Played for hours with boosters and without. Haven't gotten one for down. What's the point? No fun at all. Far from relaxing.

I had half an hour of color bomb, wrap, coconut wheel and free lives and still didn't come close to beating this level. Even used a UFO - can't be done without paying for it. Time to quit. Again. Don't waste your time or boosters.

No stripe or wrap dispensers at the top.
Notice after the first move on the video, how much of the centre is cleared.
That is because the candy canes on the sides don’t block the stripes.
We have liquorice so have to get rid of that first.

Indeed a painful nightmarishly hard level. Boosters don’t work. Maybe a few space ships might but not prepared to go there. PFL.
Before my level started the owl came up told me to purchase boosters for this nightmarishly hard level I'm telling everyone not to bother because I had full specials and a coconut wheel..they were all coated in sugar. couldn't use the whole game. why buy boosters you can't use!!
I don't have any candy dispensers so looks pretty impossible to me.
Used a hammer and spaceship to finish.
King gives us a few more moves but takes away the special candy dispensers and adds a few more blockers. We lose big time in the trzde off which makes this a very BS Wait for a Lucky board level designed to take your money. Don't give in keep your money. Boosters are just about useless now. I had mi utes of u limited life and all 3 boosters available and they were all sugar coated sigh no way to clear them? Just wzit znd be board shitless until yohr turn comes along.7

Finally passed. Changed strategy after a time and completed as much as I could in the centre of the board and wherever else I could before triggering the stripes on the bottom row. Seemed to get me further and finally over the line
Guess I got lucky - threw every starting booster I had at it, coconut wheel did seem to help me 🤷♀️, beat it with 1 move left on my 2nd attempt.

Three UFOs every booster available and no luck getting pass this level. Unfortunately using boosters on this level doesn't always work in your favor when most times when they are covered. Hopefully I won't be stuck here too much longer.
The game now is nothing like the sample, it has just become ridiculous.

Posting for luck. I agree boosters don't seem to be any use - I tried a coconut wheel twice and on both occasions the first one was covered and I never got to use it and I only got one more during the game. Game?? Torture, more like! Will I survive it?

This level is absolutely impossible I have been playing for at least 80 hours not even anywhere near passing..I have tried clearing g the middle board first didn't work tried using the stripes at bottom first didn't work anytime you manage to make a double coconut king scuppers the move ...cant see how you can pass...how long till king let's us move on?.......I'm about to quit altogether..wondering if anyone has any clear tips 😩😩😩🙄

Este nível além de impossível é absurdamente RIDÍCULO!!! Esqueçam usar reforços, nem mesmo a roda de côco resolve. Eles classificam o nível como "pesadelo", eu classifico como uma farsa, o primeiro movimento é obrigatório, embaixo, depois tudo o que você faça não tem resultado prático, tudo é manipulado na intenção de que o jogador gaste dinheiro. Comigo esta estratégia não funciona. Prefiro deletar este jogo, eu não preciso disso para viver, mas eles dependem dos jogadores para continuar existindo, pensem nisto!!!
Quanto é preciso pagar para o CC para se tornar um favorito do site, como Cookie, Johnny Crush e Kazuohk, para poder jogar os níveis quando são muito mais fáceis??? Porque depois que eles postam seus vídeos no YouTube, o nível é alterado tornando impossível para os outros jogadores. É muita desonestidade para um jogo que se propôs à diversão, e não é mais. Como incontáveis jogadores que já abandonaram este jogo, eu estou seguindo o mesmo caminho, não estou aqui para sentir raiva e frustração a cada nível. Today is quit day for me. None of my purple candies counted to the spring reward 😡. Free boosters x3 one of each with daily win thing didn’t help at all. I fn hate this. Lucky board my butt
Started with a color bomb, striped/wrapped combo and coconut wheel. Also had a free IFO which I used. Still took three more IFOs and three hammers to finish. Good luck with this one, it's almost impossible without many boosters.

I have 28 moves, my board has no stipe or wrap dispenser at top of board. Wasted loads of life’s over 24 hours of play, too many sugar coats and chocolate, only manage to get 2 dragons down with extra moves and spinning disc! HELP LUCKY BOARD PLEASE!
