Hints and tips showing how to pass level 7998 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 7998 is an orders level, you have to collect fish to complete the level. The fish drop from the dispensers at the top of the board as you make moves.
This can be quite a tricky level as you need to get the fish dropping as well as collecting them. The only thing that will help is that the fish will collect each other. If you collect fish and there are more on the board the collected fish will often collect more fish without you having to use a move. As you get towards the end of the game it can be hard to get enough fish to drop as they only drop one at a time so you need a bit of luck to get enough for the orders if you have wasted moves at the start.

Start with the check booster and that should do the trick.
Good tip, got it on the 2nd go with the check mark booster, slowing down to get remaining "sticker", those UFO's are gold! Good luck...& Go Bills!

This level is impossible to complete without the check level booster.
I haven’t got any check boosters. The daily win wheel never lands on them cos every other level is dual task so I win coconut wheels and color bombs. It’s not like the game is rigged is it
Started with space race reward and got a color bomb next to a fish. Works better than a check booster

Not 1 single fish has dropped from the center where it shows they should.
Swap a candy ball with the fish that has the most colors on the board
Impossible greedy king wants you to buy moves/boosters time to quit playing this game because it isn’t fun anymore

Started with a chocolate bomb and it was wasted. It was in jelly right next to the chocolate maker. Gone in the first move.
