Hints and tips showing how to pass level 8138 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 8138 is classified as a nightmarishly hard level so you are likely to lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is a rainbow rapids level, you have to clear the way for the rapids to complete the level. To begin with there is very little choice of moves so you will have to do the best you can to open up the board so that you will be able to make colourbombs and combos. Wraps are the best candies to break through the blockers and the licorice curls, switch them with a colourbomb for the best effect. If you can grow two popcorns side by side in the middle it may help to switch them together. However you will need to make sure this is the best move for you as it may be better to switch the colourbombs with a stripe or a wrap.

Hardest level ever. Been here for 5 days and still got nowhere near to passing it. No boosters. Might have to give up. But don’t want to. Need more moves please

I had the same problem as cvbcb. Thought I’d finished - all barriers gone but didn’t get through.
There is no passing this unless King allows you to pass. Been on this 6 days now. BORING.
After all of these years I think this is the end. This level is impassable unless you are granted permission. I am beyond frustrated & bored. Time to find something else to do with my time..... Sad that King is so greedy that they have to make the levels this way. Very sad.

Finally got this one after many attempts. May be the lucky board but strategy is much as possible work from the top not the sides. Concentrate on clearing the blockers to get the keys. If you are lucky you may get enough moves once you have the keys to get the blockers I the four corners.

Well I ended up having to buy additional moves since I was close enough to know for sure I could beat it with 18 extra moves.
