Hints and tips showing how to pass level 8240 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 8240 is classified as a hard level so you may lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is a dual task level, you have to collect the cherries and clear the jelly to complete the level. There are order locks which will be unlocked by clearing blockers. The order locks open the top left section.
You will need to clear the sour skulls to open the board a bit, they will unlock more blockers and also a UFO. Don't use the UFO too early as you want it to place a wrap in the top left and if there are too many blockers and jellies on the board it may not go there. Best to hit the UFO with a combo. Once the board is unlocked you can use any combos you can make to clear the blockers and jelly. Don't ignore the cherries, they will not find the exits on their own so you will need to make sure you get them onto the bottom conveyor with enough moves to collect them.

If someone is showing as ahead of you in fast race, you will never beat any level until that person wins no matter what you do!

Boy, I was just about to give up completely when I realised that the game started with an extra 16 moves 😀😀😀
It took me two tries and I finally made it, with those extra moves, and a luckier board. I also concentrated less on the skulls at the beginning, and it made a good difference.

I about had it with this level!! Would have beat it last round but somehow one of the cherry got stuck in bottom right corner and couldn't get it out! S.O.B!! had everything else clear!! I'm so pi$$ed!

This level has changed since I arrived at it. One difference is the locks on the blocks that have to be destroyed. Prior to the change I’m pretty sure the locks held boosters. Any tips on how to expedite the destruction of the locked blocks is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
