Hints and tips showing how to pass level 8299 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 8299 is a rainbow rapids level, you have to clear the way for the rapids to complete the level. There are useful dispensers for stripes along the top of the board. The fish are not much use so you can forget about them, the only time they may be some use is if you switch them with a stripe.
Use the stripes to unlock and grow the popcorns and these can be useful for clearing the blockers and waffles. Don't worry too much about the chocolate at the bottom of the board as it will be cleared by your combos as you play. The only way to clear this level is to make as many combos as you can. Wrapped candies will always be helpful.

The layout of this level is the results of aclong meditation from those genius of king... probably they weren't happy of the income of the last month and tgey decided to stop everybody who is not paying. Apart the usual observation that the number of moves is ridiculously low, here the top of sadism is reached by putting obstacles everywhere, but you can remove those obstacles counting only and exclusively on luck. No possible steategy is usable here, just wait that the right striped will be positioned in right place close to other that youcan match. In the END: either you pay or you wait, maybe two or three days the geniuses of king are allowing you to progress. In the meantime the robbery continues...

King get off your high horse already! These levels are beyond frustrating and beyond boring! I refuse to pay another dime... very Limited amount of moves with limited space to even make moves....
