Hints and tips showing how to pass level 8450 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 8450 is classified as a nightmarishly hard level so you will likely lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is an orders level, you have to collect the two kinds of chocolate to complete the level.
The hardest part of this level is getting enough chocolate to grow. It doesn't matter if you clar the chocolate in the top part of the board as there is chocolate under the crystals in the bottom corners and they will grow to give you the orders. Let the chocolate grow in the bottom sections and while it is growing use vertical stripes to pop the bubblegum in the middle. Once the bubblegum is cleared you will get wrapped candies dropping into the middle. Leave the wraps while the chocolate is growing and once you have enough switch them together to collect the chocolate.

Been at this level for a day now and the chocolate is not the problem it’s the bottom extreme left and right that I can’t get to!
Having a heck of a time with this level. Posting for luck. Wish I had some hammers.
Hitting the chocolate early, Doesn’t work. Hitting the chocolate late in the game, doesn’t work. Get the picture....NOTHING WORKS!!!!
Maybe a lucky board does, but I haven’t had that yet.
Tough. Down to needing 2 of each of the chocolates several times, but no moves left to grow and destroy them. Posting for luck!
Quite agree with all comments so far. The experts all completed this level with 36 moves apart from one on 33 (like us now!) and he had enormous good fortune in colour bombs falling into the lower section; having never paid King in the last 5 or so years I've been playing CC I'm not going to start now! Any bright ideas out there folks or do we slog on for another day/week?
Cookie could you please contact King and try and give us a chance with this level? Originally 40 moves now down to 33. I've been down to one chocolate twice but no moves left;even one more would have done the trick!
Eventually did this wretched level in 32 moves and no boosters - pure luck I guess
wanted to add to Cookie's suggestions, that letting the chocote grow in the upper part is not a good idea. The chocolate will not grow below if you do.Try to clear the bubble gum in the center first and get rid of the chocolate high up. Then just make vertical stripes and wait to get a double wrap combo from the dispenser. Let it explode only if the lower sections are full of chocolate. Then just wait your time to get another double wrap. If you have an UFO, use it if you have only 1 or 2 chocolates left to go. Of course hammer will also work. Other boosters don't add much to the game, which is mostly a waiting game in my opinion.

Excellent tip from Cookie. First, get those bubblegum. Then let the two wraps fall while chocolate is adding up, and them swipe the wraps. It will get a lot of chocolate. Repete this again, being careful to not not hit just the one wrap, but wait for the two, and also count how many chocolate you still need befor swiping them together.

I managed to pass this, needed one hammer for the last chocolate. I did as Cookie suggested: concentrated on the middle part and trying to get two wrapped in the middle and then turn them.
good tips, but just not enough moves, so, like everyone else, I'll have to sit it out and wait for that lucky board!
had a very fortunate board and got through quite quickly, so it does happen. Someone said they couldn't get the sugared chocolate bottom left and right, but you don't need them at all

This level is impossible. I am disgusted by king and by CC. this game is shit. Of course the level gets quite easy if you buy extra moves, thise moves which were originally available and the kings thieves reduced. These robbers will be punished sooner or later for their insolence and for having stolen billions to poor people. They are simply DISGUSTING!!!

Let the chocolate build up don’t destroy the chocolate right away ,don’t worry about the two squares in the right and left corners they don’t matter. Good luck.

Horrific level 2 straight days not even close once - help please. So tired of this one.
Thinking of Quitting this one is crazy impossible. Shouldn’t there be a ‘pass’ card to use every 100 games we complete??

Only a lucky board will hel me with this one please
Some players here suggested using a "check" candy, NOT a good idea. If you are unlucky, the check candy will appear at the bottom center slot where the "wrap" candies suppose to drop. It will screw up your game because you will not have the opportunity to switch the wrap candies to clear the chocolate....instead you will have to make stripe from above to hit the "check" candies or the chocolate below.
Thank you King for making my freetime a disgusting moment. Candy Crush means 100% frustration guaranteed.

I got all the chocolate by using 2 hammers and it said I still needed one more. What the heck. It cheated me and I lost two hammers.

Posting for luck. Tired of wasting my time with King cheating.
After two days of hell and wasting money i finally beat the level yesterday only to have the game not advance me to the next level. I then Had a couple emails to and from King complaining . They gave me 25 coins as a “sorry”. They claim they cant move me forward. They sent me a link to this blog page to watch how to beat it. This confirms my fears that King reads Cookies hints and then changes the game to make it harder. That is how they make more money. I am so far behind Cookie that her written tips rarely work anymore. Not her fault. Actually very savvy and crappy of King. I finally just passed this level. Here is what I think I was doing wrong. I think you need to let chocolate build in the bottom for a couple moves and then try to break chocolate with stripes or stripe wraps. Only then should you try to carefully break through the bubblegum. Then when you have the two wraps ready AND you have all the chocolates taking over the bottom, then you switch the wraps together. You still should have enough moves to let the chocolate build up a bit and get one or two more wraps to build up. Then switch the two wraps or hammer one wrap on the last move if doing so will get you enough chocolate to pass.if you hit enough chocolate in the first moves you should pass You don’t need to waste time hitting the two covered candies in the corners. As a matter of fact if you do blow them up you won’t get any more chocolate. I learned that the hard way!! Im done with Candy Crush now. I was buying boosters when I needed one hammer or something to pass. That has turned into quite a profit for King. Not paying anymore. King is just too greedy and it’s impossible to get through levels without paying them

Passed this level after about 10 attempts. Keep clearing the chocolate at the top and work through the middle section and use the wrapped candy to your advantage when the chocolate is nearly covering the board on the bottom. If you repeat this several times the chocolate will keep growing on the bottom. If you have gold bars for extra moves I used them to get the last two chocolate 😊

It really doesn't seem to matter what I do I can not get enough chocolate to form..I've had the whole top part covered in chocolate and still needed 3 of each...wasted all my free boosters lol
