Hints and tips showing how to pass level 8462 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Although not classified as hard, level 8462 is extremely hard to complete since the changes that have been made. This is a multi task level, you have to collect blockers and popcorns/licorice shells and blockers as well as clear the jelly to complete the level.
Treat this as you would a normal jelly level since there is jelly under all the orders so everything has to be cleared to complete the level. Wraps and wrap combos will break through the blockers easiest so look for these whenever you get the chance and if you can switch them with a colourbomb better still. Stripe/wrap combos are useful too. The main thing is to look carefully at the board before every move so that you don't miss any chances to make the best moves.

22 moves on my iPad is a joke
Why is it that the videos posted by the experts nearly always have more moves than we now have? This level originally had 27 moves and now has 22!! As I never pay to play CC it makes passing levels far harder down the chain - truly an achievement when at last it happens.

For this level you need wraps, and the luck to get them together. It will happen, just be patient. I passed without boosters within 30 tries, so much quicker than a couple of the previous levels. It has been really hard to pass levels lately. Trying to hold on to my hard earned boosters as much as possible, but I have been relying on my Fantastic5 Team boosters to get me past some levels lately... Very boring

Another brainless level. Not enough moves to complete within a reasonable amount of games played. Beginning to feel like a waste of time instead of a fun game ..

I paid 5.99 for the special to get 5 more moves to pass the other insane level..started this one with full boosters from that special and I still didn't get close.. so players that choose to pay aren't passing either..guess that makes me the dumba$$...right..lucky board please..there are definitely not enough moves

This level is utterly ridiculous. King begged and enticed me to come back with boosters as I don't purchase them anymore cause of these type of levels. This blog offers no real assistance except explaining the level which is laughable in an insulting manner. In addition, the example video also always has more moves or something else different from what I'm dealing with. Wise up people!!!!

lucky board Please Level is too hard with only 22 moves--stop reducing moves to us later players --not fair or sporting. I FEEL abused & mistreated when King techs change the game.

Absolutely impossible AGAIN!
I’ve given up Candy Crush. The levels are just ridiculously hard and nearly impossible to get unless you buy boosters! Less and less moves make it impossible!
It seems like you have to spend gold to pass every level lately, I'm almost out.
