Hints and tips showing how to pass level 8695 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 8695 is a dual task level, you have to collect the blockers and clear the jelly to complete the level. Since the jelly is under the blockers you can treat this as a normal jelly level as the blockers will be collected as you play.
The first job is to clear the sour skulls as quickly as possible and at the same time collect the keys. You can collect all the keys at the same time if you can get a stripe or a stripe combo and fire it down the middle column. This can be hard so you will most likely have to collect the keys as you work on clearing the skulls.
The skulls unlock the frog and the frog is needed to collect the final key at the bottom of the board, this will unlock the jellies down each side of the board. You have two ways of clearing the jelly in the sides of the board, you can use the frog to clear some and the fish from the floats down the middle to clear the rest.

This level is horrendous!! Been at it for days and all boosters are gone. Even if I could afford it, will never pay. Just patiently wait for the lucky board.

Absolutely horrendous level. With 26 moves not getting anywhere close to clearing. Most moves used up clearing skulls and collecting keys.

Another level where cookie has more moves than mean why does cookie have 32 and I only have 26 this is BS how long am I going to be stuck here I ask myself way too much this very question how long am I going to be stuck on this level.... if I’m not passed it by tomorrow I’m done

By the amount of comments it’s going to take my a lot more days than the 3 it’s already been. Nowhere near to passing this level 😡
I knew it ws too good to be true. The last level the moves stayed rhe same but not this one. Screw you king we are not paying for your crap anymore. You have turned into greedy thief. No more rewarding you for this crap
Impossible greedy king wants you to buy moves/boosters time to quit playing this game because it isn’t fun anymore
This is getting very old.
I think the strategy is different with 26 moves. The blockers at the bottom are the biggest problem. So I stopped prioritizing the keys and sour skulls and worked on clearing the bottom as best I could. Then the keys and skulls could be picked up as I went.
It took a several games and I was doubting my strategy, but eventually it worked. I was prepared to use my gold bars for additional moves if I had to, but it worked out in 26.

Going to be another gold bar level. Wait until the game offers me more moves and then "spend" 10 hard earned gold bars to finish it off. Hate when that is the only way, but good ridance to the level!
After a zillion attempts to complete this level I looked on this site and I agree with mjc51, that with only 26 moves, pay attention to the bottom blockers sooner, because they are the problem. Of course, don’t ignore the skulls and the keys but try to get into the bottom blocker territory right away and you can catch the skulls and keys on the way down. As with all of these levels but especially with one like this, you cannot afford to waste any moves. Hopefully it will get you to where you have to give up only a minimal amount of gold bars or perhaps watch a few commercials to get enough moves to help you move out of this “nightmarishly hard level!” And I haven’t won it yet using this strategy but focusing more on the bottom blockers seems to have gotten me closer to winning than when I was prioritizing the skulls and keys.
Agree with unknowns comment. I was confused when the video did not take out the first key. After watching several times the combos are the best way to clear keys, skulls and especiaĺly concentrate on the bottom. Double wrapped by the floats for lots of fish. This level is possible although I needed gold bars for a few cextra moves at the end. Good luck.

Well, it did work to get bottom out of way. Did have to buy the 10 moves for 18 I couldn't get, but used just 4 of the 10 goes to complete. Wish those unused moves would carry over to next game.

original video has 32 moves, than was reduced to 26 and now 22. Not fair King, waiting for a lucky board. Thanks
even in the video, Cookie needed all 32 moves to finish the game. So sad King is doing this to it's loyal players.
And another observation, 73/94 blockers versus mine are 138/108 jellys with 22 moves versus 31 moves. Seriously, are you guys for real?
