Hints and tips showing how to pass level 8716 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 8716 is classified as a hard level so you are likely to lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is an orders level, you have to collect waffles and licorice curls and destroy the spawners to complete the level.
You will need a bit of luck as well as careful playing to complete level 8716 as it needs some cascades and these are not always easy to make. Forget about everything and concentrate only on making colourbombs and combos and you will find that the orders will be collected. You'll need to collect the keys from the top to unlock the spawners, but these should be collected by your combos and the resulting cascades. Colourbomb/wrap combos are one of the best combos to make as they will hit the spawners the most. The video took 17 attempts to complete ad many of the attempts were nowhere near clearing anything so you shouldn't get disheartened if you lose some games.

Has CC stopped the try for extra spins at the end of a game? I haven’t had one for at least three days. Not that I got the 3 or 5 extra spins but at least I would get a booster of some kind. Now I get no boosters ANYWHERE!!! And whenever there is a contest I know I’m not passing very many levels. Another way CC is ruining a fun game. Posting for luck.

This is marked as nightmarish hard. Took about 50 goes but did it with no boosters. My strategy was to only have at most 4 active block makers at a time by not getting all keys straight away. And a lot of luck.

Need lucky board, impossible
Here's an advise: Don't waste using a UFO. I learned the hard way when I was left with 3 waffles to collect and a spawner that is just one hit away from being destroyed with just 1 move left. The UFO DID NOT target any of the waffles or the spawner. Ended up I lost the close game and having to start over again but wasted a UFO.
Stuck for days on this one - got close but cannot complete. Getting tired of trying. Lucky board please so I can move ahead. Thanks so much.

My goodness, people, do you come here for Cookie's advice or just to whine? There are two ways to play this game, look for opportunities or make opportunities. Cookie shows us how to make opportunities. Read her suggestions. Watch the videos. Sometimes it is just luck, but isn't that the definition of a game?
Oh, and King wants us to make purchases. Surprise, surprise. Isn't that the definition of a business? There is no obligation whatsoever to purchase anything in this game, if you are willing to be patient and save up your pretty generous free boosters for the hardest levels. No problem if you aren't that patient, but then quit whining.

My first try I didn't clear a single spawner. Second try was the charm; special candies everywhere. I still used 3 hammers to clear the last two spawners and collect one waffle. Glad to move on. Good luck!
