Hints and tips showing how to pass level 8785 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 8785 is classified as a hard level so you are likely to lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is a jelly level and there is jelly over the whole board so everything has to be cleared to complete the level. The only strategy is to make as many combos as you can, the moves are fairly restricted at the start so you'll need to open up the board as quickly as possible. There are some stripe dispensers which can be helpful once the blockers are cleared out of the way, but you will need to make your own special candies and combos.
As with all jelly levels you need to make as many combos as you can and blast the board until it is cleared. The moves have been reduced and it has been made almost impossible without boosters. The video below starts with 40 moves but it is completed in 32 moves and is the best one available at the time of writing.

Cookie's video has 40 moves, I have 23, guess we'll just wait for the lucky board!
I also only have 23 moves. Even with a lucky board I don't see how this is possible.
Yep, 23 moves, even with 1 free hour of CB & stripe/wrap from "fantastic 5" this took many tries, good luck!
After 5 or 6 tries without getting close, I took Cookie's advice that it's almost impossible without boosters now that CC has reduced the number of moves. So I started with the pre-game boosters and completed the level in 22 moves. I didn't use any in-game boosters, just one each of the starting ones.

Another level that’s impossible without boosters and a very lucky board. Where’s the fun in that? So will I be on this level all day or a couple of days??? Posting for luck and a lucky board.

From 40 moves down to 22 moves. King wants us to spend lots of money buying boosters. Screw king we ard not paying for your crap. It is so simple we pass and keep playing or we quit your game and play another game and let them make a lot of money from their ads and you get zero

Okay so I used to play this game to enjoy and decompress. That is no longer the case bc being on each level for a few days at least is NOT fun. I am not opposed to buying boosters from time to time but when it is made ridiculous, such as it is now,I refuse to do so. There a many more fun games out there now that are more relaxing. I hate having to do it but I'm moving on, as CC has just turned to crap since the 7000 levels....😒
Have to wait to increase additional free moves after so may attempts. Hoping I have 10 bars available to purchase the additional moves…just takes time and patience.
