Hints and tips showing how to pass level 8816 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 8816 is an orders level, you have to collect waffles and licorice to complete the level. If this has not changed by the time you play it you may as well prepare to use whatever boosters you have to pass it. It has been made slightly easier by the addition of bubblegum, but I have found it to be impossible to pass without boosters after playing over 40 games. At the time of writing there are only 31 moves so hopefully by the time you are reading this there will be more moves.
Using the lucky candy booster may help if you have one available. Use stripes and stripe/wrap combos to break the locked licorice in the top and left side. You will get the waffles dropping from the top once the licorice is cleared and the bubblegum will help to clear this once it pops. The frog may be helpful if you can grow it although you will likely need a colourbomb to grow it to begin with.

This is a ridiculous level, have been playing it for 3 days, no where near close to achieving.
One week ago this level displays on You Tube as 45 moves, a week later it is now 31 moves! Come on Candy Crush, please respect your loyal players. This is the first level I have ever commented on!
I got it by starting with a colour bomb; like you it is almost impossible to get with no boosters. Good luck,
I'm confused, the first two comments were posted on Feb 21st and 22nd and our new levels just came out today on Feb.24th? Why are some people that far ahead?
Because they play on their computer with Win10, so they are 90 levels ahead. If you play on your phone or tablet, you don't have access those levels yet.
Adding the check mark booster helped here, good luck...

As usual, here we go again. They haven't yet figured out that there are folks who are NOT going to give them money. I assume someone must be or they wouldn't continue with the ridiculous levels. Exasperating.

Please a super lucky board. If not for ms cookie tips on 8815 & 8816 I have NO IDEA how to play levels. Does Candy Crush come with any directions or do programmers assume players are Einstein? Reducing the moves by 15 is poor sportsmanship & F'en UNFAIR. Techs/programmers lack morals & ethics.
