Hints and tips showing how to pass level 8888 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 8888 is an orders level, you have to collect licorice, blockers and licorice shells to complete the level. The licorice will only start dropping once enough blockers are cleared at the bottom of the board to clear the way under the dispensers. The first job is to collect the keys to unlock the coconut wheels and use them to start clearing the blockers. If you are lucky you may get two coconut wheels together which you can switch to get two rows of stripes.
Keep making special candies and combos to work your way through the blockers and release the licorice. While you are doing all this you should also be hitting the licorice shells to uncover the colourbombs which can then be used to clear more blockers and licorice.

Using Lucky Candy with checkmark adds licorice.

Agreed, the check mark booster helped here, however the 1st time gave mostly blockers that clogged the board, got it on the 2nd go when I got more licorice, thanks for the tip, good luck!

This level should be classified as hard. I had double colour bombs on the bottom and bomb/wrap and still no licorice is falling. The coconut wheels don't do much being stuck in the corners where they can only go one way. Good luck.
Unable to make the licorice fall in sufficient quantities. Please correct the problem. I have been on this level for 24 hours.

3 days of futility, not fun,only luck needed for this one.
This level hates me. I can’t get enough licorice to drop. Check mark didn’t help me either. They just turn into those new covered color bombs and clog up my boards. I am so stuck! Need a lucky board!!

I wish this was an honesg game. If ig was i could have passed this levelma few times. The thieves at king want to steal your money by keeping the licorice from dropping diwn to be cleared. A few times i only need 2 more licorice to pass and the thieves at king would not let it appear. Instead they held it back so i could purchase more moves in hopes that the last 2 licorice would drop. I did not give in i just and played a honest game. So king not only lost money from purchases of more moves, he also lost all of the additional ad money he would have collected from his sponsers. Gee i feel so bad about that. So king put on a honest game and maybe peopke will play more

I cleared the whole board and didn’t get any licorice, is there a secret to this game. What the heck, even the e.g. gets licorice. Finally when I got some there were hardly any.
Wasting time trying to get licorice. HELP!!! At least the chocolate box is fixed.

My level 8888 is not the same as the video here. My level 8888 gave me 15 moves to clear blockers & ice cubes and 2 keys.
After a few tries it clears with 3 moves left. Really strange.

My game is not the same either. A completely different board and only 15 moves. Difficult level.

My Level 8888 is the same as Anonymous. 15 moves to clear Candy swirls,2 keys, blockers, a few Licorice and bubblegum. No candy wheels to help. Just 2 wraps together in the middle of the board which are available after the two keys are collected.

My board is differant, it has just bubblegum & candy & only 24 moves.
No coconut wheel.
