Hints and tips showing how to pass level 8946 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 8946 is a multi task level, you have to collect sugar coats, use the frog three times and clear the jelly to complete the level. The sugar coats will be collected as you play so don't worry too much about them. First clear the skulls as quickly as possible, use wraps to clear the crystals from them. This will uncover the frog and the fishing float. The fish will help with clearing the jelly so hitting the float with combos will give most fish. When you get colourbombs you can use them to grow the frog and use the frog to help with clearing the jelly, especially in the bottom row.

New episode, old story. Now ALL LEVELS have half of the needed moves, that is ALL LEVELS can be solved only by paying. If Candy Crush is a paying game, that it is not for me. I just observe that should be mandatory, when starting the... game, that it is impossible to progress for free. Yes, my name is disgusted. Disgusted by this disgusting... game!

Perhaps the most difficult level of this episode. Impossible unless you get at least 2 CB to grow the frog. Good luck everyone 🍀

Right out of the gate a difficult level… What’s new 😡 I won’t pay…. I refuse.
This was actually quite easy
The tip.... don't put your frog down the bottom. Leave him to grow and expell him by the float. You should get enough fish from the float to clear the bottom blocks and the frog grows quickly in the center of the board
If you put the frog at the bottom you need a colourblind each time to grow him
Not enough moves to get the frog unlocked and also cannot get required number of sugar coats spawned
Note to King this is getting old
Read ronnies tip use the frog by the fish float I also used a fish booster
I’m playing on mobile iOS and the lady keys did not appear until I had 4 moves left
Grow the frog and use it on fish float after the lady 2 frostings are unlocked
I finished with one move left
Since the video was pasted they have decreased the moves and added by another 50 the number of sugar coasts needed

My fish seem to go after the tiles in the top not the bottom row. It takes so long to clear the sculls there is no moves left to clear the rest.

Thanks for the tip, Ronnie! Place the frog next to the float wherever it will clear the most sugar coats. Finished on the first try doing this. Good luck!
The third key appears when I only have two moves left. Impossible this way.
ronnie was right! Came hear looking for tips and the tip about growing the frog in the upper portion and blasting it near the float was spot on! With no boosters to start but finished with two lollipop hammers. Keep the tips coming, players!
