Hints and tips showing how to pass level 9045 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 9045 is an orders level, you have to collect blockers and toffee squares to complete the level. The first moves should be to use the colourbomb at the bottom before it gets eaten by chocolate. Then you should look for wrapped candies as these will break through the blockers fastest. Stripe/wrap combos are also helpful expecially if you can get one along the toffee row.
There's no need to clear all the blockers as there are more than you need on the board, concentrate on clearing the caramels and you will have all the blockers you need.

This whole episode has been a nightmare. I only hope the next 2 episodes will be reasonable. Is it an April Fool's thing and tomorrow the levels will have twice as many moves?

can't see how i'm ever going too pass this level It's ridiculous how hard they are making the levels. I don't mind spending a bit each week but to spend it all on one game is not fair

This level gave me good reason not to play as much because there is no one that can beat this level legitimately..
It was a great ride playing this game but unfortunately I hit a dead end with this level...We had to expect this was going to happen at some time for some reason I don’t understand
This level is not Hard as King would have you believe. It is EXTREMELY hard and is designed to prompt players to buy or use up boosters to complete the level. Strategy: Focus on striking hits on the waffles. Do not waste moves sending strikes down the middle of the board. Do not fuss about whatever is happening on the bottom two rows of the board. They are irrelevant. Though not guaranteed, if you get a sufficient number of hits on the waffles, then the required number of hits on other blockers may automatically fall into place. If you complete the level, you will find that many bits and pieces of waffles and other blockers still remain on the board. With all of this, you may still be obliged to play the level several times over but I encourage you to do so without buying boosters.
the good news is you don't have to remove all of the lower blockers to win

All the levels are ridiculous levels in this series.
They have even taken away the chocolate box, so nothing is free.
I’m done buying gold bars. Not worth it.
I used a flying saucer got it on the second try concrete on making combos.
My tip, after playing many times, is to realize you don’t have to clear everything. I was assuming you did. Try to work your way down to the waffle things and by then you should pretty much have all the cream blockers you need. A wrap finished the waffles off. Not a promis but it finally worked for me. But main tip is don’t waste your time trying to wipe out ALL the blockers.

Agree with all of the above!! I hope CC developers will listen..i too have spent money on boosters to use all up on one level and its not right but big corporate wants their money...will try follow tips in the comments..thanks for those!

Only 23 moves now!😞 The above video has to be old with so many special candies to make especially wrapped on the board. It's hard to make a stripped candy now! They don't give chances to make special candies like they used to.

Se com 24 é depois 23 movimentos era difícil agora com 22 movimentos é simplesmente IMPOSSÍVEL!!! Qual o objetivo de lançarem um nível e depois alteram os movimentos para favorecer os protegidos do CC e prejudicando os outros jogadores, quadrilha de estelionatários. Alguém do CC está lucrando com isto. Melhor opção é deletar esta merda, existem jogos melhores, inteligentes e honestos.
