Hints and tips showing how to pass level 9046 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 9046 is classified as a nightmarishly hard level so you can expect to lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is a multi task level, you have to collect blockers and bubblegum as well as clear the jelly to complete the level.
You need to unlock the board as quickly as possible by getting the keys dropping down the middle column. Stripe/wrap combos hitting the fishing floats will help as the fish will keep the bombs under control as well as clearing blockers and jelly. Once the board is opened up treat this as a normal jelly level by making as many powerful combos as you can to blast the board until it is cleared.

Another impossible level. Have played over 30 times on 3 different devices. Got down to 9 jellies once. Need a few flying saucers but don’t have any. All boosters are gone. Need that luck board.

I finally had a better board, after loosing tons of lives, and was so fed up with trying that I finished it off with my two UFO's and four hammers. Crazy heh? Now I have no boosters left, and I'm sure the next levels will be just as insane.

This isn't even a challenge because there is so much luck involved here....I, also, have been unable to get a board to allow me to get close. If I can at least get to the bottom, I feel I will have maybe accomplished something????

This game is getting very boring. Every level you have to play over and over. Where is the fun at. I can't get close on this level just like all other levels waiting on a lucky board.
I kept losing this level and thought there must be a "trick" to it so came here. Yeah there's a trick. Mine is NOT labeled as a nightmarishly hard level but just a regular one. I even updated the app. This is the third time. Anyone else having this issue? BTW, this level is a train wreck! No skill. Just luck. Zzzzzzz

Apart Tou52, the only one who seems to have understood what really CC has become, all the others who commented here are complaining but they don't understand that King transformed this ... game in a stupid, boring machine to make money on their stupidity. I have quit immediately after level 9000 because I had really enough to be made fun of by those robbers named... king.
Hey, guys! WAKE UP! uninstall this robbery, like I did and stop wasting your precious time... "posting for luck"! King want only to steal your money Is it possible that still you didn't understand? CC will never come back to be the nice game it was two years ago, there are much more interesting things to do in your life!

Now classified as just a Hard Level on my devices, only because there are slightly less bubblegum and blockers required.

HOW I GOT THROUGH THIS LEVEL. NO BOOSTERS. GIVE IT A GO.
Mine is classified as a ‘Hard Level’ too and just playing I lost heaps of lives and best I’d got to was about 23 jellies left. However, this strategy worked on my second life with 1 move left:-
Focus on making stripe/parcel combos near beside the key column and parallel with the floaters. That way your combos fire up the key column and get fish as well, whilst also clearing jellies. I did this and got the keys without really trying, which opened up the board. Then I set up a couple more stripe/parcel combos and freckle/stripe combos and this got me through. No boosters.
It definitely wasn’t a lucky board to start with. I just worked on those initial stripe/parcel combos near the floaters and key column.
Hope this works for someone. The whinging doesn’t help anyone.
