Hints and tips showing how to pass level 9099 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 9099 is an orders level, you have to collect blockers and bubblegum to complete the level. Clear the skulls to unlock the keys so that you can unlock the board. Once you have collected the keys the blockers will be opened and you will be able to collect then using combos.
