Hints and tips showing how to pass level 9166 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 9166 is a dual task level, you have to clear the spawner and the jelly to complete the level. The spawner will give you countdown bombs which have to be kept under control as you work on clearing the jelly so keep an eye on the bombs so you don't lose the game because of them. Vertical stripes and stripe/wrap combos will clear the spawner, however take care that the licorice doesn't block your stripes when it drops. Apart from clearing the spawner treat this as you would ay jelly level by making as many combos as you can to blast the board until it is cleared.

The spawner is impossible to destroy. I had three bombs I had been saving, but figured this level would never be beaten, so I wasted them as the spawners didn’t respond. Frustrating!

Impossible greedy king wants you to buy moves/boosters time to quit playing this game because it isn’t fun anymore even used a ufo and it didn’t go anywhere near the spawner

Lucky board would be great as it’s the only way to finishing this level.
Classified as a Hard Level on my devices and they added 77 caramels to the orders.
This level is a joke, only way is with a lucky board, posting for luck.
I tried several methods to kill the spawner, but here is what worked best: try to make as many color bombs as you can. Save them and only activate them when there are time bombs next to the spawner. Each bomb will make a hit. So, if there are 3 yellow bombs next to the spawner and you cross a yellow candy with a color bomb, you get 3 hits on the spawner. At least, that's how it seems to work. Once you are rid of the spawner, getting rid of the jelly is easy. Good luck!
Thank you, Unknown! That really helped get rid of the spawner. Took me a couple of tries because I had trouble making/keeping color bombs, but it finally paid off.

I’ve found a game that I like much more than Candy Crush. Not boring like this at all. I only come back here maybe every other day. It’s ridiculous to have to play the same level over 100 times.

This level just flat out sucks. Even if you get a strip, when you make the move it automatically drops a licorice to block the spawner. The game has really changed over the last few weeks. It’s all about trying to force players into paying. It’s gotten as worst as Soda Crush
