Hints and tips showing how to pass level 9217 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 9217 is a jelly level and there is jelly over the whole board so everything has to be cleared to complete the level. The first job is to clear the sour skulls to uncover the keys so that you can start to unlock the board. Use combos where you can to clear the skulls so that you clear jelly and caramels at the same time. Clearing the caramels will unlock the order locks and give you more keys and fish.
The only way to complete this level in the moves available is to make combos, especially colourbomb combos, to blast the board and create cascades which will clear the most jelly. The video below starts with 25 moves but it is completed in 22 moves.

What a ridiculous level. Don't worry if you have no boosters....they don't help enough. I don't use them on levels like this. What you need is a lucky board. And you will get that when King decides you will get it. Posting for that lucky board.
