Hints and tips showing how to pass level 9250 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 9250 is an order level, you have to collect licorice, cherries and licorice shells to complete the level. The first job is to clear the sour skulls and at the same time you should be clearing blockers to uncover the keys. The skulls uncover more blockers which means you will use less moves clearing blockers as you can clear more each move. The keys unlock the licorice so that you can collect it and once you begin to clear the licorice you will be able to get to the shells. Wrapped candies are best for growing the shells and if you can switch a colourbomb with a wrap this will go a long way to clearing the level. The level has beed made harder since it was released, as normal, and at the time of writing there are only 27 moves so it is pretty hard to pass without boosters. The video below is completed in 32 moves and is the best I can find for now.

Once again... reduced moves... makes it very difficult. Posting for luck!
9250. How are you expected to clear the level when you have to clear 5 keys, 5 skulls, 6 buried candy bombs that you have to hit at least twice and clear 23 licorice with only 24 moves which was reduced from? Nonsense.
Managed to pass it, but, used full set of boosters at the start
I have a full set of NOTHING!
Moves reduced again to 24..impossible to do in 24 moves

By the time you’ve got the skulls and then the keys your left with about 3 moves to get everything else...crazy
I passed this level only after I used 2 UFOs, 4 hammers, and one stripe brush. The UFOs did not help much because no wraps were sent near the shells where they are needed most.
After you pass this level, equally ridiculous levels 9256 and 9259 await you.

The moves have been increased and I finished with moves to spare but I have no idea how. I did make several stripe/wrap combos and two CB combos using one hand swap and one hammer.🍀
