Hints and tips showing how to pass level 9318 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 9318 is a multi task level, you have to collect blockers, clear the two cakes and clear the jelly to complete the level. Since the jelly is under the orders you will collect the orders if you clear the jelly.
First concentrate on clearing the two cakes as this will go some way to collecting some of the blockers. While you are doing this clear the skulls to unlock the remaining blockers on the left of the board. Use stripes and stripe/wrap combos from the top of the board to clear the cakes and also the blockers and jelly from the section once the cakes are gone.

So I thought I was doing something wrong nope I’m not they shorten the moves from 25 to 23 also they added coverings to the cake which makes the cakes harder to bust!! Wtf king

The added icing on the cakes
(ha-ha) makes this nearly impossible. I have yet to clear both cakes even with all of the starting boosters. C'mon King, give us a break!

Meu conselho para este nÃvel é não usar e não comprar reforços, é isto que eles querem que você faça, e tudo é inútil, os movimentos são manipulados para impedir que os jogadores concluam o nÃvel. Melhor opção é deletar esta merda, existem jogos melhores, inteligentes e honestos.
RidÃculos 22 movimentos, isto é uma piada e de mal gosto. Este jogo é uma farsa, o único objetivo agora é lucros $$$$$$. Adeus, não preciso deste jogo para viver.
