Hints and tips showing how to pass level 9452 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 9452 is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is a multi task level, you have to collect sugar coats, fish and jellies to complete the level. You'll need to look very carefully at the candies under the sugar coats as it can be hard to see them. You do need to make special candies and combos to have any chance of clearing the level. This is the only strategy, combos and more combos. The fish drop from the dispensers at the top of the board once the blockers are out of the way so the sooner you clear the top blockers the better chance you will have of completing the level.

Very hard level
Just triggering stripes and wraps won't do enough damage so instead you have to try to make color bomb combos
Probably even two, the second one preferably being with fish

This is the second level in a row where the video is not the same as the game now. Not sure what Candy Crush has done, but this renders the hints useless. Hard board, so posting for luck!

Yes, the description and video goes with a different level. #1. Try to make colorbombs. You need them for combos. Make them at every opportunity. #2. Try to eat away at one section of the icing, so you can get some vertical stripes working in the blocker columns. #3. Don't waste bonus candies; use them for combos. #4. As you open the board, get more careful to only hit what needs to be cleared. Good luck.
