Hints and tips showing how to pass level 9510 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 9510 is a rainbow rapids level, you have to clear the way for the rapids to complete the level. First clear the sour skulls, then the rainbow twists. This will unlock licorice shells which then have to be cleared. This is not as hard as it sounds. If you use stripes or wraps to clear some of the shells you should get pairs of colourbombs together which can be switched together to grow more of the shells. Keep switching colourbombs and eventually all the shells will be cleared and the rapids can be collected.

Not enough moves even with boosters as need to use nearly all to clear the skulls & rainbow twists. Waiting for a lucky board again.
No idea why this level is taking so long. Must need more moves or lucky board.

So many levels need lucky boards! Very frustrating!
Think this could be it. Takes almost all the moves to get sculls and twists Only ever got two colour bombs in two days.
Another fascinating puzzle. Depends on favorable Cascades. Whatever will I do? Aha!! Beg for a lucky board. PFLEASE!!
