Hints and tips showing how to pass level 9654 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 9654 is a dual task level, you have to collect the rainbow rapids and clear the jelly to complete the level. There are jelly jars on the board which will give you the jelly when they are opened. You will need to collect the keys to open the last of the jelly jars and this can be done using stripes or colourbombs. Don't worry too much about the rapids as they will be collected as you work on clearing the board of jelly.

Impossible greedy king wants you to buy moves/boosters time to quit playing this game because it isn’t fun anymore
