Hints and tips showing how to pass level 9719 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 9719 is an order level, you have to collect caramel squares, spawners and rainbow rapids to complete the level.
If you allow the spawners to spawn you will get bubblegum which in turn will help to destroy the spawners when it pops. This can be done all the way down the board and once the spawners are gone the rapids will be collected.
