Hints and tips showing how to pass level 9919 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 9919 is classified as a super hard level so you are likely to lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is an order level, you have to collect the cherries and blockers to complete the level. Although there is no jelly on this level you may find the best way to pass it is to treat it as you would a jelly level since the whole board has to be cleared to collect the orders. You'll need to make as many special candies and combos as you can to clear the blockers and the sugar coats.

Pff...moves reduced to 27 since this video made.
Just to make level near impossible.
Couple days in, not even close. No boosters or gold bars left after previous nightmare levels, so could be here a while.
