Hints and tips showing how to pass level 9917 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Level 9917 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a nightmarishly hard level so you are likely to lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is a dual task level, you have to collect the gummi dragons and clear the jelly to complete the level. The video below has cherries to collect but the dragons work in exactly the same way.
You need to work your way down the board, clearing the rainbow twists and candy curls to open up the board. Don't worry too much about the dragons, they will be collected as you work on clearing the jelly. Look for chances to make special candies and combos as this is the only way to clear level 9917 in the moves available. try to drop combos to the bottom of the board if you can to do the most damage.
As with all jelly levels you need to slow down and look carefully at the whole board before every move, especially once the board is more open.
The video below starts with 30 moves but it is completed in 21 moves without using boosters.
